1. Lodhi Gardens
Sprawling over 90 acres, Lodhi Gardens is a heritage site, located near Khan Market, New Delhi. The garden has some historical monuments such as the tombs of Mohammed Shash, and Sikander Lodi.
It is a delightful place for a morning walk or a picnic on a Saturday morning.

2. Central Park Rajiv Chowk
Central Park is located at Rajiv Chowk metro station, Connaught Place. This is a beautiful, lush green park with a smattering of water bodies here and there, and a few fountains.
It is popular with both tourists and locals.

3. Garden of Five Senses
This is one of the best parks in Delhi. The lush greenery at this park sprawls over 20 acres and is located in Saidul Ajaib Village opposite Saket, New Delhi. This is not just a park, it is a space with a variety of activities, inviting public interaction and exploration.
The garden itself is divided into distinct areas. On one side of the spiral walkway is the Khas Bagh, a formal garden. Slow-moving water cascades in channels along its length, while flowering and fragrant shrubs and trees line its paths. The central axis leads to a series of fountains.
Secluded, away from the heart of the garden, on the other side of the walkway is the food and shopping court.

4. Deer Park
Located in South Delhi, this Park is a popular spot for walkers and runners, and is also a good chillout spot on the weekends.
It also has a duck park, rabbit enclosures and some historical tombs. An ideal place for a picnic, you will see a lot of tourists and locals lounging around this peaceful place on weekends.
It’s open to the public every day from 5 am to 8 pm.

5. Jahanpanah City Forest
This is a popular park in Delhi spread over about 800 acres of land. The atmosphere is very peaceful, with a thick covering of trees and the sounds of the birds.
You will find a lot of runners, walkers, and people doing yoga. Since, it is such a massive place, it is easy to get lost here.

6. India Gate Lawns
India Gate is a famous landmark in Delhi. This gardens are a popular chillout spot for the locals in Delhi. You will also find a lot of people walking around this beautiful spot at night, deep in conversation.
You also get frozen yoghurt and other snacks in the eateries around this place.

7. Buddha Jayanti Park
Approachable from the Ridge Road, Shankar Road or Sardar Patel Marg. Buddha Jayanti Park is situated at the Delhi Ridge
This statue is installed on an island in the waterway system and placed on a square platform surrounded by a circular stone fence. This statue symbolizes the gratitude of the Tibetan people.
In the beautiful, green surroundings, this park is a perfect getaway from the busy city for some peace of mind.

8. Indraprastha Park
Also known as the Millennium Indraprastha Park, this is located on the Outer Ring Road. The park consists of a Children’s’ Park and amphitheatre, a food court and also a World Peace Stupa. This park was completely made from a landfill site.

9. Talkatora Gardens
Located in Willingdon Crescent, New Delhi, Talkatora Gardens is a renovated version of a garden, recreated from its remains from the Mughal era.
This park attracts a lot of tourists and locals, and is a great spot to spend quality time with friends or family.

10. Swarn Jayanti Park
Located at Manoj Vihar, Indirapuram, Swarn Jayanti Park is a famous park in Delhi NCR. Spread over about 250 acres, this beautiful, green park consists of five lakes as well, where you can go on boat rides.
There are also some eateries at this park. It is apt for a nice walk in the morning or evening time, or to just unwind and relax.

11. Mughal Garden
This is another beautiful, historic garden from the Mughal era, with its structures built in a persian style of architecture.
The garden is a wonderful sight with splashes of colourful flowers here and there, lush green trees and fountains.
Make sure you visit this park for a peaceful time, in the beautiful surroundings. It is open to the public only in February and March.

12. Nehru Park
Located in Chanakyapuri Diplomatic Enclave, New Delhi, this park is spread over 85 acres of land.
