Very simple, extremely well maintained, value for money
“We stayed for 4 nights,we had an amazing time, everything begging from cleanliness, maintenance, staff politeness, the food, the farm, the strawberries everything was amazing. We really cherish the hospitality and will suggest all to surely stay there, the food was awesome. Its a complete package. If we“ are going mahabaleshwar it's fixed we'd stay with them. The owner whose farm it is allowed us to visit the farm and pluck strawberry ourselves. That was an additional benefit of staying with them. Very down to earth n simple people. Very happy and thankful to them for such service

“The hotel is a nice place to stay as per rates, completely justified. Staff is extremely helpful and cooperative and would try their best to serve you in every possible way. Pretty, neat cottage surrounded by flower-beds & clipped bushes
“We reached there on 9/12/17 and checked out the next day. There are strawberry farms right behind the cottage. Freshly cooked breakfast is served every morning, smelling like heaven! We feasted on the most amazing delicious, energy-boosting poha, aloo parathas, Puri sabji. I polished off a coupl“ e of pretty decent omelets next morning. They don't have a proper restaurant for lunch and dinner. But they do have a kitchen and will serve in your room itself, if ordered. The staff is very prompt. There are Cera fittings in the bathroom and moisturizer, shampoo and soap is provided. The nights get pretty chilly. So please carry weather-appropriate wool slacks, warm sweater, and practical boots ensemble. They charged us for two extra chais for no reason. Our return Neeta bus had arrived; so we had no option but to pay and leave without wasting time.

Hotel is not upto our expectations,
“Hotel don't have restaurant, while, On the site, it is written, that, they have restaurant. / BAR etc. Secondly, they have charged @ 7.5k, while room is not even worth of 3.5k per day. The Room boy are very good but the Hotel Front Desk guys are bad. Hotel, reception is bad, its very small. No prope“ r space for Car parking. Not found worth to stay.

Not worth your money
“The office staff needs to show a lot more decency. Even the complimentary breakfast was not good at all. Very limited items for breakfast and not even that good. When we reached early in the morning, we asked for a room to freshen up and clean up my little daughter, the staff asked for extra money a“ nd when we said no, we were given servant quarters.

Not that great
“Room wasn't that great. It's ok. Toiletries were not provided(had to ask). Hand sprayer and shower joint in the Bathroom were broken. Faced water supply issue two times. Though the staffs were good but again comparing the price they charged the facilities were not up to the mark.“

WiFi is very weak, breakfast needs an improvement
“we had great time , if there was a children's play would have been good, parking issues need to be sorted, breakfast could have been better in terms of taste, toiletries should be in place In stead of guest asking for it repeatedly“

Review for Treebo Silver Crest
There's bad and good both.
“The good is that rooms were clean and nice. Hotel staff at day 1 was good to us. Next day when I asked them if they could arrange a car wash. They were like yes we will do it and kept me waiting for an hour and half, still car wasn't done and then they come and say it is not possible now; we have ot“ her work to do. Then I had early check out which was preinformed since the breakfast was complimentary still understanding their side we didn't demand breakfast as kitchen was closed so we just asked for tea that too at 7:00am in morning to which the person sleeping on reception first denied and then after bit of forceful talks from the other reception boy he gave us tea with utter disgust on his face. The fittings in bathroom weren't right the flush was broken and leaking from the pee bowl. Batteries weren't their in remotes(a.c.,Tv, setbox all working on 2 pairs of batteries between all remotes) also tv wasn't working on the last day of my stay. The staff was sleeping in manager office or reception area with their blankets and mattresses laid on floor which we found bit unprofessional. It doesn't feel like treebo standards then. Reception guy Rohit was still cool and composed in talking with us or sorting things out but their main owner or manager was very rude. This is all for amount we paid on weekend which was 4x the normal day rates. Amount didn't matter once if the service and all was good atleast.

Review for Treebo Shiva's Valley
Bad experience
“They put us up in a Maple room which is in the second basement (so two levels below the ground floor). There was no elevator, and the passage to the room stunk bad. When asked, the manager said they'll spray room freshener but it was back to the stinky smell in 30 mins. We were told by the cleaning “ person that there's a sewage gutter running close by, so there's always this smell in the second basement. The room was clean though. But once inside, you would not get any reception on your phone. They provided free WiFi, but it would disconnect every once in a while. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Filled with full of Odour
“Interior of hotel is nice. But if you get rooms at bottom level, then you have to smell the odour of gutter, even though they keep air freshener overnight. Also, linen which is stainless but towels hairs will attach you after use. Hotel staff is supportive and they will guide you to park your car in“ very conjusted space.

Very poor
“Hello, Here are few things I would like to share about our stay at j p hotel in Mahabaleshwar We got the call in the morning from hotel on our day of arrival and so I was thinking it’s gonna be all good with service and they are already prepared to welcome us. As we checked into the room the floor “ was dirty with some flowers petals, there were no toiletries kept inside, there were no towels or napkins as well. We had to call the room service to get all those things. There was only one cup for tea/coffee so again we had to ask for it. They did not put tea bags the next day. The terrace was very dusty and even after asking to clean table and chairs it was not done. Twice during two days of stay we got the wrong food delivered and again changed. (Basically lot of disturbance) Room service knocked the door even when do not disturb light was on. I was expecting a good service after paying ₹14000 for two nights. But it was below average like some local cheap hotel. I get better service in half the money. Would not recommend it to anyone again.

It's alright.. just overpriced
“The location of the property is good.. But with the services offered and the quality of the room.. it's worth something between 1000/- to 2000/-. The breakfast is below average and toiletries and vanity kit is negligible.. in room restaurant/food service isn't that great.. But you definitely expect “ much more from a room that charges 6000/-

Dont stay at this Hotel.
“Worst experience in this hotel. Owner itself is non comitted then how we can expect good service from their staff. Once you check in hotel rooms are clean but after that if you ask to staff to clean they will take very casually. Parking space is very limited. If you place order for food it will take“ minimum 1.5 Hrs after taking followup. They will not tell hidden charges at the time of check out they will tell you.

Unpleasant Stay. Room no. 204
“The bedsheets and pillow cases were dirty. There were frequent power cuts. The door to the balconyb doesn't lock and light switches don't work consistently. There were no healthy mosquito repellants provided. The manager/front desk person was rude. The sight seeing tour from the hotel was bad and ov“ erpriced. The general attitude of the front desk staff regarding feedback was very casual. The breakfast was also not up to the mark.
