Nice place to stay!
āNice place to spend time with family and friends. Good location, not very far from the marketplace & lake, also not very close to get disturbed by the traffic. Clean, hygienic and spacious rooms. Good staff. Only issue is that they serve veg food. But, the nearby Swad restaurants serves good nonā veg food at your room. Overall nice experience!

Nice Rooms
āRooms are really very good.Location is not as good as mentioned in the other reviews. Room service is very poor. We had to call for 2-3 times for a single thing.If it is only a stay than the hotel is fine but if you are going to go for the sight seeing and all than you will have to pay money to the ā cabs and all and it's really costly over there.

āComfortable stay for 2 days, we have good rooms and the service is excellent. Elders have to climb 1st floor for AC rooms so be wise when booking the same. However the location is very near to Mapro and Lingmala falls which are nearby within 2kms. For food, the quantity is good, but coffee was overpā riced and they do not serve readmade filter coffee. We really cherish the hospitality and will suggest all to surely stay there, the food was awesome. Its a complete package. If weā are going mahabaleshwar it's fixed we'd stay with them. The owner whose farm it is allowed us to visit the farm and pluck strawberry ourselves. That was an additional benefit of staying with them. Very down to earth n simple people. āLocation is the biggest plus point of this property. Rooms and bathrooms are clean . This is new property and hence rooms etc are great. Staff is friendly and service was prompt. Considering the price it was quite value for money.Downside is breakfast which is limited in menu (just 2-3 items ). Foā od is terms of taste is good.Lot of noise at night but most of it was down to heavy rains. Its a very small property and hence not much to do for kids inside but this was not a problem as we were mostly outdoors.

In Rainy season the rooms are the best. Cleanliness is maintained (atleast in our rooms). Although had a good view had to face lot of power cuts. Charging points were easily accessible from beds so no worry on that. Were provided with Tea and Coffee maker with sachets.
WiFi : 1 / 5ā
The WiFi range was not so good and had many problems with connection. Due to multiple and frequent power cuts, the WiFi was also inaccessible. Also, too slow to work with. Network on the phone is also too low. Unless you are near the window the network won't work. If you are using Jio the network is good. Rest all pretty bad.
Room Service : 1 / 5.
Hardly there was any person who was concerned to ask for Room Service and did any room service. Unless specified personally, don't expect any room service. Also it does not have Laundry. Make sure that you keep additional clothes with you.
Food : 1 / 5.
This was the biggest turn off on the whole trip. As mentioned under room service, people need to be specifically told twice or at least thrice before you get anything in your room. Anything you don't like or is made in the worst way possible is also charged. Mosquitos (dead ones) in soups are free. I specifically saw dead mosquitos in the soup and rice items didn't have salt in it. If you are expecting a pleasant stay, stay away from food here unless this is the only option left to eat in this whole world. Slightly overpriced for unhygienic food.

āThe bedsheets and pillow cases were dirty. There were frequent power cuts. The door to the balconyb doesn't lock and light switches don't work consistently. There were no healthy mosquito repellants provided. The manager/front desk person was rude. The sight seeing tour from the hotel was baā d and overpriced. The general attitude of the front desk staff regarding feedback was very casual. The breakfast was also not up to the mark.

āThe rooms were decent for the price I paid, the washroom was clean and spacious. Few things I will say needs to be improved is 1) Breakfast could have been better --> Aloo parantha with hardly any salt, tea with too much sugar were some issues. 2) Room Service was not good, we ordered Pakodas, teā a and coffee couple of times, it was always not enough warm, and taste was not so good.
Lastly, one good thing they are good at it is spamming your inbox, I had 5 rooms booked for 10 family members, and every time I receive a mail from them it is for each and every person I book the room for, i.e. 10 emails everytime. Either it is for partial payment for confirmation or for feedback. And that is why I am changing the feedback from 3 to 1.
