With the Treebo Quality Assurance Guarantee Program, you are entitled to a host of facilities. Read on to find out:

 What is it that makes us stand out

Treebo  is a new age budget brand of hotels. Our obsession with quality is what makes us stand out. We do not compromise on the standard of  our rooms.  Instead of just giving verbal promises to the guests about our quality,  we have an actual quality assurance program that compensates guests who are not happy. A first of its kind in our country and a novelty in the budget hotel category.

There are some standard Treebo offerings that are provided in all of our properties across the cities. They are:

• • Air-conditioned rooms*

• • Free Wi-Fi*

• • Complimentary breakfast

• • TV with DTH connection

• • Fully functional bathroom

• • Spotless, fresh linens ( towels and bed sheets)

• • Free good quality toiletries

• • Complimentary bottled water

• Electric kettle

* Not applicable for hill stations

If you find any of these dysfunctional, absent or unclean we promise to fix it within 30 minutes. However if we fail to do so, or even after fixing, the guest is not satisfied, then we take measures which may include providing an alternate room or an alternate Treebo property or even compensating for the lapse in the service.
