Treebo Ryaan does provide laundry services via a third party that is chargeable. The pick-up time is 11:00 AM and it is dropped on the same day by 8:00 PM. Please get in touch with reception to schedule a pick-up, and they will help you further.

What IDs are accepted by the hotel? Will local IDs be accepted?

The hotel accepts all govt. approved photo IDs that include Aadhar card, Ration Card, Driver's License, Passport, and Voter's ID. Pan Cards are not accepted. Local IDs are not accepted, and guests will have to provide outstation IDs during check in
What is the difference between an Oak and a Maple room at Treebo Ryaan?

Treebo Ryaan offers two room categories, namely, Oak and Maple. The Oak rooms are our standard rooms, while the Maple rooms are our Deluxe rooms. While both the rooms have similar facilities, the Maple rooms are bigger in size and are more spacious, hence they tend to be more comfortable.
What is the hotel’s policy on child reservation? Is there an extra charge applied?

Treebo Ryaan follows a policy whereby a maximum of 1 child under the age of 8 and an infant under two years of age will not be charged any extra tariffs, subject to room occupancy. If 2 or more children within the age of 8 are present, an extra person's tariff will be levied. Children above the age of 9 will be charged an extra person charge.
