Treebo Hospitality Ventures (THV) is a leading force in India's economy and mid-market hospitality sector. With a portfolio of trusted brands and a presence in over 120 cities, THV operates 1,000+ hotels and 17,000+ keys. The company's mission is to democratize the joy of travel by delivering quality, consistency, and customer delight at scale. THV invites hotel owners, developers, and landowners to collaborate through flexible commercial models and building options, creating long-term value together.

What It Does

THV offers three partnership models to suit different levels of owner involvement:

Manchising: The hotel operates under a THV in-house brand. The owner manages day-to-day operations, while THV provides operational leadership (Area General Manager), revenue management, and online distribution. The owner pays a brand royalty and distribution fee; the rest of the P&L stays with the owner.
Management Contract: THV licenses one of its in-house or Accor's licensed brands and takes charge of daily operations, staff management, guest services, and inventory distribution. A projected P&L is set jointly. The owner pays a management fee (percentage of revenue and profits), and the remaining P&L stays with the owner.
Revenue Share: THV assumes full control of hotel operations and sales. The owner receives a predetermined percentage of rooms and F&B revenue without day-to-day management responsibilities or P&L risk. After the revenue share, the remaining P&L belongs to THV.

Flexible Building Options

THV works with properties at any stage of development:

Conversions: For built or near-completion properties, THV tailors the approach to align with brand standards, refining key elements where possible.
Brownfield: For bare-shell or under-construction properties, THV assesses feasibility, optimizes space, and guides the transition into a high-performing hotel asset.
Greenfield: For land parcels with no construction, THV provides strategic support to explore hospitality opportunities, highlighting the benefits of a hotel venture.
