“Location is excellent with all major attractions in walking distance, Roof top view is great. However cleaniness inside rooms needs improvement. Towels were not clean, wifi was not accessible, TV signal did not work out. The lift is available, but only from 1st floor onwards. Stair case are very nar“ row, difficult for older people or in case of any emergency. Food in the restaurant was great, however breakfast was very ordinary with not much to offer.
“The location and Hotel are amazing ... specialty : ROOF TOP RESTAURANT . courteous staff .. rates are reasonable . the scenic view from the restaurant top during evening and during morning breakfast is overwhelming .“
“First of all the hotel has no parking and on the day we arrived the road to the hotel was closed due to some local festival & the hotel knew that and did not even cared to inform us. We had to walk to the hotel. Room service is poor & took almost 40-45 minutes for getting water to the rooms.“ The hotel did not clean the room itself, we have to ask to get our room cleaned when we returned to the hotel at 5 in the evening. Staff was not very helpful. You need to improve a lot. Location is good but parking is a problem.

“Hi , we stayed for a night 20.11.2018at this place last week .though we had booked it , we got calls checking if we are sure of coming .only when we were heading to the place in our taxi ,we were told there is no way a car can reach their entrance .w had to park the car 150 meters away at jagdish t“ emple govt parking .the lift could take only 2 persons and was very slow.however at the reception , we were told that having booked the room in the category was not there , they were upgrading it which is bigger room with 2 beds queen size which was on 4 th floor .it reminded me of santorini greece where there are similar hotels but lot more cleaner .the access to the hotel was dusty and congested with absolutely no parking .the reception staff helped in shifting our luggage .next day the breakfast was mediocre and on 5 th floor terrace .overall it was not a good experience and not friendly for those who are on wheel chair or have back or knee problem ,the staircase is narrow in that a person to climb the stair , the person coming down has to reverse walk .i am not sure of fire safety as it looks like all by laws for safety are forgotten .
