āNice and pleasant stay. Cost of stay is okay. Room heater is additional cost if you required. Very nice and service oriented staff. Location is just 4 kms from main market and close to the highway. Wifi network is kind of okay but can improve at this stage. Breakfast is good for Indians. Continentaā l/English breakfast is little bit limited option. Special food ordered for a function was not at par but it was okay and convinced by the courteous staffs. No complaints though.

Pleasant Stay
āLittle outside from main city market hardly 2.5 km but if you have your own vehicle to travel then this resort is the best place u found, gud cooperative staff, morning breakfast is surprising very gud with south indian menu like idly/dosa ,boiled eggs,tea/milk/cofee,fresh fruits, cornflake etc. , rā ooms are very clean and spacious, toilets are with all modern amenities, branded soaps and toiletries, above all when you open your backside door you are surprised with a descent clean lawn structure with natural scenic beauty help to boost ur mood in morning (Paisa wasool)
Front desk is very cooperative. Only issue lunch and dinner which is provided on order from outside restaurant on little bit higher price, you find many options in budget if visit city market veg-non veg both. Overall I rated this property 5/5 because I booked online this Treebo property for 3days on average ā¹1800 (delux room)which is unexpectedly beyond imagination, in my previous experience I paid 4500-5000 rupees for such options.Just go for it and grab happy moments with Treebo.

Breakfast had varieties however not tasty.
There was no fan in the room though climate was cool but still fan is required.

Reasonable rates, cozy rooms and an awesome staff.
āI booked my room through booking.com but turns out, the rates are higher than the normal rates. Hence I will suggest to book from treebo website.
Now, about the stuffs I liked about the hotel.
1. They allowed me to checkin early. They patiently took me through the available rooms for me to choose fā rom.
2. Breakfast was good. Food served for dinner was tasty and reasonably priced.
3. The staff. Awesome. These guys were courteous and so much grounded. The driver SAGA, he was a delight.
It was a good stay and I will highly recommend this place to any kind of traveller.

āThis hotel is situated about 2-3 kms from Ooty bus stop/railway stop, has beautiful British styled rooms with heaters on request, the best part about the hotel is that you need not look to book other cabs/vehicles for internal transport, the hotel has a vehicle and a very knowledgable guide / driverā , (Saga) who wonderfully tool us through a trip to Coonoor and Ooty.

Near to the town but away from rush
āWhen we enter into the reception we felt that rooms will not be good. But rooms were very good and had a different feel. We were two families and we got connectable rooms. Hotel is 3 km away from the town but it's in a silent place even though there are houses nearby. Hotel service persons were ā very cooperative. They can improve their breakfast spread a little bit. Peaceful Ambience, Exceptionally courteous staff @ an inexpensive cost
āSTAFF:
First thing that comes to our mind about Treebo Skydale is the exceptionally courteous staff and crew, especially Mr. Bhathish & team who constantly checked on us when we were late on arrival, for every day breakfast etc. Eventhough there were couple of hiccups in the hotel, the receptionā and service provided by Bhathish and team over ruled the flaws.
LOCATION:
The location is quite away (less than 2 kms from boat house) from the centre of the city and it's better if you have your own vehicle to commute. But in terms of serenity and coziness, the locality of Treebo Skydale is the best similar to Sinclairs but at a budgetary level. The road to Treebo is pathetic but that's totally the on the government who has kept most of the roads across the state as pathetic as elsewhere.
AMENITIES:
The rooms are quite spacious except that you need a heater to warm up in extreme temperatures. Major downside was the water heater which was not able to provide sufficient amount of hot water in this freezing weather. Breakfast was delicious and served hot but it's available only during the breakfast. Lunch and dinner needs to be bought from outside but the hotel staff keeps a check and delivers on time. But it will be really helpful and better if Treebo team can extend their delicious food round the clock.

Architecture of rooms are different than current structures, looks like a heritage property used by British earlier.. Staff members are helpful and responsive.. Wonderful experience
āIt was a very good experience staying at Skydale. The hotel is a little away from the main market. The view it offers is superb. It is a very good choice for those looking for a quiet vacation. The staff is good. The only negative point was the continuous availability of hot water. Complained to theā staff. But they said that after one bucket full of hot water the geyser will take time of around 15-20 minutes to fill another bucket. We were a family of four, so you can imagine it took up around 1.5 hrs to complete our baths. The complimentary breakfast was good. There is no restaurant at this hotel so arranging for the dinner was a problem. They do arrange to deliver the dinner from a local restaurant , which was terrible.. Apart from this we enjoyed staying at ooty which was always 14 degree even in May.

āThe location of the hotel is very scenic and they have maintained the gardens nicely. Food was average and there is not much variety to choose. Rooms are kind of average and had few old furnitures. The main issue was the dripping basin which obviously I did not liked it in cold weather. You don'ā t really like your foot getting wet in middle of the night. I got a on the first floor, from where you can enjoy the nice view. Good place for family and they have parking available. Would like if they improve on the variety of food/quality and replace the old furnitures.

A neat and clean place with a beautiful view.
āThe place is situated on a hill with amazing view in the front and both sides. The staff were helpful and they arranged a cab with a nice driver for sight seeing with some extra cost. Really a heritage property!!
āLocation is bang on main road. So very convenient for everyone.
Breakfast is very basic and you will need to ask for items to be filled repeatedly. Donāt expect too much on that.
Rooms are huge and on the nicer side. However due to asterbos roof, the room gets very cold in the night. So you might thā ink about that before booking. Also room given to us was on the main entrance way which meant we could not open the curtains or window due to lack of privacy.

āI have stayed 2 days in jan 2018. Hotel is located in good secluded place. Comp breakfast is superb. Quality of beds needs to be inproved. Hotel staff was very cooperative from all small niggles to sight seeing arrangement. Only bad thing we faced is bad wifi. Not connecting at all. Jacob was very hā elpful. Dinner was also good. Need to have dinner at hotel. No other option nearby. Overall would like to visit again. Hotel provides toileteries, towels and bedsheets whch are clean. We stayed in a oak room. Good spacious room but dont expect any great views as it is not on a hill.

āThe hotel room is superb with wonderful view of valley. However the breakfast was pathetic and very limited choice unlike other hotels where people actually enjoy the breakfast. ā1st alloted room was having the door lock issue. The substituted 2nd room was having restroom with flush problem, the 3rd alternate room was lacking a power supply. Amazing property
āOne good property and a very good location. The rooms were neat. Views from the room were good. They provided heater . Unfortunately the one they provided for us were not working. This disappointed us and they didnāt have a backups. The management needs to look in to backup plan. They couldnāt arranā ge for power issues. We had to wake up the reception guy at 2Am and he was helpless. Later power came after 3 hrs only to our room. Apart from that the property is good. Hopefully the management resolve such power issues soon.

Quite & peaceful
āThe place was good and at location far from mad traffic crowds. But since it's quite a slope difficult to take your car out if not seasoned driver. It's quite close to boat house which is 1.5 km walking distance. The breakfast can be improved much better. Idly that I got was not fully cookedā and thanks to dosa I didn't feel hungry. Need to increase TV channels too as not all of them would prefer watching regional channels.

āI had been visited place last week and had a nice set of experiences. It's been located little inside of the Ooty. You mat find very dark routes in the night. However, once you reach there the place is pleasant.I had been offered for the Standard Room but the one which they provided was Oak Roomā and very small for three people.They have a facility to opt for Room Heaters per night in Winter. They also provide hot water in the bathrooms 24/7. Breakfast is good and staff is also approachable. Decent, but has scope for improvement
āThe property is old and hence the rooms seemed a bit run down. The rooms and premises were not spotlessly clean. Since it is a cold place, wish the rooms are provided with footmats/ rugs/ runners near the bed to avoid directly stepping on the cold floor. The intercom in our room was not functioning ā so we had to walk to the Reception Desk every time we had to communicate with the housekeeping or room service. One day, muddy water was flowing from the taps in the bathroom.....but it must have been due to the rains. It was attended to promptly. The staff were all very attentive, pleasant and cooperative which made our stay comfortable and homely. The food in the attached KE's restaurant was good. The WiFi connectivity was also good. Pathetic Staff and Services at Treebo Yantra Leisures
āWe had initially made the booking for 36 members for 2 nights in 15 rooms. There was a last moment cancellation of 2 members and hence we had not taken 2 extra mattresses for them, the travel agent was also present with the group, but the hotel management had already decided not to refund for the chā arges for 2 members who could not make the trip. The services were pathetic too. We had to wait for 2 hours to get the 2nd serve during dinner. Also, there was no one to pick the call at the reception during nights for service requests.

Real cheaters
āThey show good rooms in website and give very pathetic rooms in actual. Don't book rooms with these cheaters. I booked my room for 3 nights stay with my family, online and paid Rs.2000 as advance payment as instructed by them. But when I dropped in the property they offered me a different room fā rom what they offered in their website which was not at all up to the standard. On top of that we found cats roaming around in the rooms and at eating places which is unhygienic. I demanded for refund of the amount but they refused to give the refund. They are real cheaters
