“I VISITED madurai and stayed in this hotel from 12-13 april and 14-15 april...thts for 2 days....roms are big and very airy and clean...restaurent is only for snacks ....food is not available there (thts big drawback)....after long trip if you dont get food inside room ,then it becomes lot of troubl“ e for further journey....atleast dosa should be there......rest is nice....
“Value for money....Safe and good for family stay.
well placed in the city center. Rooms are well maintained.
Staffs were courteous, facilitating.
Hospitality is good.
Request: Complimentary breakfast must be in buffet option as most of times rooms are full.“
“We had a conference in Madurai, so we opted for this hotel. As we had to check in around 5A.M in morning , so we paid full amount.
Their breakfast is very average, they did not have buffet, however that shouldn't be an issue, if we could have got a decent breakfast. They didn't have egg. Th“ ey refused to provide us, though they have a non-veg cafe associated with them.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel anymore.
“I have stayed in other hotels which are priced almost the same or lesser. The room size is so small that we found it difficult to place our luggage and use the tables. The breakfast served was very bad.“
“The staffs were friendly and helpful. The basic toiletries were missing. Food and coffee needs to be improved. Not worth eating and having coffee. Centrally located is the only plus point. The bedspreads needs changes. Most are torn and stained.“
“Though centrally located, very average rooms. Need to change the towels, which are quite old. They do not provide toiletries. Location advantage as it is close to the central business district and also has good restaurants around.“
“The hotel will look great if the bathrooms are maintained well. Rooms are spacious and AC working good. It is good deal and value for money in the heart of the Madurai city. It will attract good number of guests if the hotel management just improve the quality.“
