My plans changed and so did my reservations. Staff changed the reservations according to my plans without asking any question, essen“ tially making it seamless. I faced no issues at all.

“The rooms bed had dust on the furniture. One of the sliding window's door was missing lock, so I had to check the window every time there was a noise during 2x nights that I stayed. AC was making lot of noise (As if it is raining outside) I checked and found that AC has not been serviced. The ro“ oms were not sound proof. I can here every step taken outside of my room.
