“Good and convenient and staff is friendly and accomodating.. PLace is very accessible. However, getting a Taxi sometimes was a little difficult in odd hours. The overall hotel can be renovated to make it more to the high class hotels.“

“The hospitality was really nice. I had flexible plans for the stay and I was little concerned when I landed in Pune. But the staff didn't make me feel any of that. My plans changed and so did my reservations. Staff changed the reservations according to my plans without asking any question, essen“ tially making it seamless. I faced no issues at all.

“The rooms bed had dust on the furniture. One of the sliding window's door was missing lock, so I had to check the window every time there was a noise during 2x nights that I stayed. AC was making lot of noise (As if it is raining outside) I checked and found that AC has not been serviced. The ro“ oms were not sound proof. I can here every step taken outside of my room.

“Break fast served in room is not as good as a buffet. I had a better experience at Nashik. On all other parameters I would rate the property excellent. Approachability is good. Parking spaces also enough for 4-5 cars“

“Hotel Hill view Executive is good budget hotel locaties in a prime location near to all the major places of Pune city. Room in which I stayed was spacious , neat and clean equipped AC and flat screen TV, etc. Bathroom was also neat and clean. Room service is propmt. The hotel does not have restauran“ t but arranges food from outside eateries. A number of good eating joints and restaurants are near to the hotel. Staff is curious and well behaved. Overall a satisfactory experience.

“The bathrooms have no soap case... And only one hook, on which if u hang the towel there's no place to keep ur clothes... Also theres no shower curtain... D entire bathroom is wet if someone showers... I stayed in room 303.. That has an emergency window without a latch with a direct drop to d pa“ vement.. And to my horror my 2 yr old discovered it... These r lil things that need improvement... Other than that staff, bedding, cleanliness, food r all good...

“The rooms could have been cleaner, especially the hygiene of the bed sheet, mattress, etc.The toilet could have been cleaner. Card payment was not available. The overall upkeep of the property was below satisfaction.“

“I had booked 2 rooms but on reaching got 1 and another after 3 hours. Also they had shifted someone from our room before allocating the room to us and we were knocked on the door by other room persons who were there before on a couple of occasions in night.“

“The hotel is located in a posh area which gives this an upper hand in staying. Although the staff wasn't courteous in catering. There were some problems in the stay which I would like to highlight :1. The mini bar was dirty from inside , permanent stain marks on it .2.The elevator had oil spilla“ ge on the ceiling inside, very unsafe. 3. There was no trash bag in the trash cans also no trash cans in the bathroom.

“But make sure that there system have full information e.g if you book 2 adult and 2 kids thier system not consider 2 kids and hotel staff will not give breakfast. “this was my second stay with Hill view Ex and first after it became a part of Treebo chain. I have to agree the improvement is visible, the rooms, linens and bathrooms have been refreshed, the location remains as good as it was. However the breakfast is quite a disappointment with pre-packed trays. “ I would advise you to step down next doors for a variety of good and hot breakfast. The location factor makes it worth the price.

“My stay was about 6 days and 6 night, but I could not sleep properly any of the nights.The room smelt like gutter. Even after complaining the house keeping incharge, they didnot even bother to provide room freshner or take any corrective measure.“
