Good and comfortable Hotel with Worst Breakfast
“I stay there for 1 Night, Reached there at late night around 2:00AM, everything was good. Check-in is prompt, rooms are good with nice interior. Rooms are clean. Easy to approach the Hotel as it is just opposite to Jaipur Railway Station.
But the Breakfast quality and variety is pathetic. The had t“ aken Vada which not cooked at all, Outer cover of Vada is crisp but form internal it is liquid. To my surprise all Vada served there were same. Even only have 3 food options with Tea and Milk only.

“So i was searching for a perfect hotel for my 3 days trip to Jaipur with my family including my old parents . Since it was a family trip i wanted to get the most comforatable hotel and a hotel which is not much far from the Railway station as well . So this is a well maintained hotel with excellent “ staff . The rooms are good , hygienic washrooms , buffet breakfast including 3-4 dishes ( all so yumm !) , complimentary wifi , cloak room facility too . Even if you have some issues with the room or food or any other service the staff will be very haooy to greet you and help you out . Even after the checkout we stayed at the hotel lobby since out train was late and believe me the hotel staff was there to greet us so well even after checkout . We stayed there for 5-6 hours more :) Thanks Treebo ! Specially mentioning the reception staff ( i forgot his name :p ) for greeting us so well and also heloing us with places to go near Jaipur .

Very good stay and hospitality
“Everything was worthwhile about the stay at this hotel. Only two things where there is scope for improvement.
1. Breakfast is being served 8 onward which I feel is a little late considering people who are in for business trips. Usually, most hotels serve from 7 or 7.30 onward.
2. While there was 24“ hrs running hot water, one evening their central geysers switched for some reason and the next morning there was no hot water. After informing the reception, they switched it on but it didn't heat up (it would atleast take an hour). Hence, one star less.
Other than that, very comfortable stay and good food.

Aroma Residency - A Must Stay Hotel
“Hotel was beautiful, breakfast was awesome, service was perfect, location is peaceful, everything was perfect except the AC, it was working but wasn't cooling much, i would suggest them to check power and cooling of their AC periodically.“

Nice, comfy & scenic
“Good experience staying at Treebo Indiana Classic. The location is posh. The view from my room was really nice overlooking the Vidhan Sabha. Places like SMS stadium, Central Park are just walking distance away. Breakfast option is limited though. Also the ala carte menu for lunch or dinner is pretty“ expensive for the quatity. Ordered a club sandwich - it was anything but filling with hardly any stuffing. Would like to see more variety. Overall, a good stay.

Trip to jaipur
“Except breakfast the rooms and the service is really good.but do not order anything made of rice as that is not at all good in any hotel in jaipur.this hotel says free wiFi but for that u have to login everytime and get permission from the reception .“

Okay but not so cool
“Check out time is 11 AM which is not normal in my opinion. AtleaAt we should be able to extend it till 13Hrs! Not a kind of hotel that I would like to stay during my visit to Jaipur in future, okay if you are not able to find any other hotels in same price.“

Disappointing first impression
“Hotel did not prepare the rooms in advance for our stay. We requested for 2 triple occupancy rooms, but extra bedding was not kept ready. The washrooms were not properly cleaned. Towels sèemed old and worn-out. There was a stink in the rooms as we entered and called the Reception. We were informed t“ hat the smell was due to rains and the Hotel being an old building retained the dampness. The tea-kettle in one room was stinking badly from left-over tea from a previous guest. Perhaps the house-keeping staff overlooked cleaning it. We brought all these points to the notice of the Manager immediately and he took prompt action to aerate the rooms, use air-fresheners, clean the rooms and washrooms once again, provide clean kettles and linen and supervised a neat arrangement of the extra bed. After that, all was fine and we were comfortable for the rest of our stay at Treebo Natraj. All's well that ends well. Thank you staff for eventually catering to Treebo standards.....but wish you were already prepared for our check-in which was informed much in advance.

Disappointing
“With a squashy mattress on the bed that swallows like quick sand its visitors, they provide beds that spell agony through one's limbs for a whole day. Unpunctual services and irregularity in cleaning and maintaining their rooms is their only constant. And never consult the receptionist for visit“ ing monuments at Jaipur or around, they provide erroneous informations and when you correct them for releasing them from their stubborn ignorance, they find the best of justifications for not accepting their faults. Too attached by their dark ego. Too rude and impolite! The only plus point is the hotel's location that is just in front of the railway station. Dear Treebo, please see and follow up this hotel, Raya Inn does not match your standard of choice, service and performance, you will lose more customers if you entertain such cheap players! If corrected and rectified sternly this can be good! Thank you.

Not so good not bad
“Not good for the 2800 Rs but the room was clean n hygenic meeting your requirements. Expecting luxury?

“Cute boutique hotel with good rooms. Central city is accessible in 30 mins drive. However lots of things need to be improved considering its just a 6 room hotel. Room is spacious. Beds pillows are excellent.“

Treebo Jaipur..Hotel room without a window/ventilation
“Very disappointed to see so suffocating and small room. The hotel is just on one floor and most of the rooms are without any window. On the day of check out, the room got auto locked when we were out for breakfast. Service was somehow good (that was the only good part). Not recommended“

Jaipur Trip feedback
“Firstly On 19th Oct I went to Jaipur on the basis of voucher received from Anjali (Jukaso) & Manish (Jukaso). As per voucher, I reached Treebo Woodsvilla Suits at 2.15 pm. When I reached there, the reception guy showed me one hotel room (OAK) which was very limited space and additional bed was n“ ot possible to accommodate while during booking I specifically asked to jukaso team (Anjali / Abhishek) to provide large room where I can adjust extra bed to accompany my children. Secondly I got information that if still I stay in that room, I need to pay room rent as per voucher tht was 3400/- because they have not received any payment from Treebo or jukaso. Above both the issues were shocking and surprised me. I was with my family in Jaipur and was sitting at hotel reception. Anyway I tried to call many times at jukaso toll free no. , mobile no. of Manish / Anjali / Priya / Prit / Isha / Smita / Soumya (MOBILE No. of these girls I saved during membership / contract finalization / booking of trip / demand of membership fee) but after trying of 30 min no response from any of no, no one picked their phone. Finaly I called Mr. Dhananjay – Ex Jukaso Employee (who finalized my membership with jukaso in aug 15). He picked my phone and connected to me With Mr. Ashish (marketing – jukaso) . Mr. Ashish discussed the issue with treebo and treebo changed my hotel from TREEBO WOODSVILLA TO TREEBO INDIANA CLASSIC at 4pm. After got confirmation from Ankush (Treebo Manager), we reached at Treebo Indiana Classic at 4.30 pm and they allotted room no.108. In the evening I asked to arrange extra bed for my children but they said we didn’t receive any such communication from treebo / jukaso so we can’t give so again I suffered due to mismanagement. In room 108, I found one hole near AC duct and thought may be repairing work is going on, so I ignored but in the mid night of 20th oct, a big rat jumped from hole and running here& there on our bodies, suddenly I woke up to find out wht is going on and was surprised to see this rat. Immediately I called at reception to send some one to remove rat from my room but no one came and lastly I managed to remove that rat from room. Customer expectation - Do not harass customers when they go on trip for luxury / peace. Please focus on customer value.

Do not get fooled by positive reviews.
“At the outset the positive reviews had me fooled, Good rooms and good service. Hence I booked there for four days and paid in full before hand. Check in was prompt even at night but even though had specified for a double bed they gave two individual beds which was put together in the last moment res“ ulting in much backache. Though I asked for another room they blatantly refused even though they had cos I had already paid and couldn't do anything bout it. The corridors and the rooms smell of smoke as they allow Indore smoking so a big no for people who can't tolerate cigarette smoke.
Next though the rooms appear neat and clean, lots of deep stains on the mattress and the sofa which they had provided.
The TV they had provided had no English or my regional channels only Hindi, and they blatantly refused to add any other packages though it was possible since I had already paid and had to fight a long time to finally get English movies on the last day of my four day stay.
The breakfast, nothing to say bout it, since nothing to really say bout it as there were only two dishes with condiments, absolutely no choice with a poor service.

Pathetic stay
“I was on business trip with my fiance. The room was dirty, long hairs were lying on floor. Service was too slow. You will have to ask for a single thing for multiple times. We never registered a complaint regarding the same because it was just a matter of a night.
My fiance was suffering from monthl“ y nature. While sleeping during the night she couldn't realize there were some blood stains on the bedsheet. At the time of check-out, we accepted our mistake and apologized for the same. But the receptionist charged us INR800 for the damaged bedsheet however, it wasn't damaged and just some stains were there which could be easily removed by using any detergent. He prepared a wrong invoice with chilli paneer which we never ordered. My fiance realized that and asked for that. Then he removed that charge and prepared a new invoice. Again he didn't mention the charges for the bedsheet. He wrote manually for that charge after I asked to mention. The way he was talking with us was awful. He was too rude with us. We didn't want to argue with him so, we paid the full amount and checked-out from the hotel.
We will never ever stay in these type of hotels.
