āI had an excellent stay at Spektrum suites. The Treebo group has maintained this property very well. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a very peaceful environment. Malls and other basic amenities are at a stone throwing distance. Compā limentary breakfast is included with the package and it was very good as well. I highly recommend that you book this property without any second thought.

Bad service
āRequested for room service to do bedding for almost 4-5 times from morning 10:00 AM TO 3:00 PM, hardly anybody gave attention about it, finally i had to go and yell and post that they came and did it.
Informed all people from morning to afternoon, receptionist, house keeping, and so on and none of ā them didnt even bother to address issue.
Morning complimentary breakfast is pathetic, food is not at all good, hardly they had any varieties, not at all worth, during my first visit to same place some time back, morning breakfast was too good.
now its useless.

Nice and comfy in a peaceful locality

Worst place to stay in Mysore!
āWe had booked at Treebo Komfort Suites because it had good reviews on Tripadvisor. Clearly, Tripadvisor reviews are not the best guideline as to where to stay. We stayed for three nights and all three of them were horrid. As we checked in, the room's key didn't work, therefore there was no electriciā ty for the entire room. Later in the day, the kettle didn't work , the AC didn't and the bathroom was filthy. Also the food at their restaurant was terribly below standard. My father actually got a stomach ache after eating breakfast there.
I would advise any future travellers to Mysore to NOT STAY HERE!!!
For the amount of money they charge, there are many better options and even Air BnB options available. This is by far the worst hotel experience my Family has had. I would advise Treebo to remove such horrid hotels from their chain. We, for one, are never staying at a Treebo hotel ever again.

āStay was comfortable in the hotel. Initially, I had a tough time finding the hotel but after calling the hotel, the staff were able to guide me to the right spot. Rooms are well maintained and bathrooms are spick and span. Few annoying points - the number of items served for the complimentary breakfā ast is very less and this can be increased. No room service at room from 6 am till 8 AM. This can prove to be an annoyance for people wanting to have a quick cup of coffee in the morning. āI was worth staying at Treebo Komfort suites, Mysure. They received us well. the rooms were good with kettle, wifi, hot water, TV, AC and all the necessary toiletries. The hotel is situated just few kilometers to most of the site-seeing places in Mysore. The down side is - the night time room servicā e is poor and the lunch and dinner is not good. You need to wait 45 minutes to get the ordered food. The complimentary breakfast is good. It was otherwise a pleasant stay.

āWe stayed 3 nights in two rooms early Jan 2018. Quiet residential locality. BM Habitat mall with cinema, Big Bazaar is next door. Staff polite and helpful. Rooms - basic economy but clean. Restaurants 15min walk away. Auto rickshaws available easily for commutes within Mysore. Good Location
āThe location was good. However when checking on the map for directions, it seems to be guiding to a nearby location. Needs to be checked and corrected. There was an issue with the room initially provided, however the staff were very courteous to have the room changed immediately.ā

Clean, Comfort & Spacious.
āWe have booked for 1 night initially. Looking to forward location and their Cleanliness & hospitality we extended our stay for 2 nights. Spacious rooms & also restaurant has plenty space. We experience good classic music all the night at restaurant. Good stay, hygienic & specially specious rooms. Amā ple parking facility in basement also.

Mysore trip
āExcellent service. The room was not to my request (had asked for separate single beds). The breakfast was strictly average. The overall experience however was good and location wise its excellent! The restaurants around the hotel are pretty good so the food aspect wasn't too much of a concern.ā

Good property!
āStayed at this property to attend a seminar at AIISH so location wise it was great. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was not good but there are many places within close vicinity. Overall a nice property!ā

āI choose this hotel based on trip adviser rating which is 4. But surprisingly room service was very poor and even after calling for 4 times no body responded. However rooms were clean and I am fine with that. The restaurant was very costly when compared to the food quality and service too. there is ā nothing special in service or food quality for the amount of price restaurant changes.

āThe hotel is new and it showed in the rooms. But the room service was very poor. When asked for an extra towel, they said they will send it but the towel never arrived. The restaurant was OK. On a whole the my experience was just good.ā

āMy stay at the hotel was good i.e. the rooms were descent but when it comes to food I would say the food was terrible. they provide complimentary breakfast which was not tasty and with less options. I would suggest them to focus on restaurant department and have tasty and more options in breakfast ā with polite staff.

Menu was wrost... On the name of pongal they serve you dal rice...
Food get finished n they don't have extra..go by your risk

Unpleasant Stay
āRoom Service was pathetic. It took 30mins to get a spoon. Receptionist were clueless about the system, was giving surprises while billing. Room was ok type. Shower condition in the bathroom was pathetic. It hardly works. Overall not recommended. At that price other far better hotel available in Mysoā re.

We lost our mobile phone in this hotel
āWe checked in at night around 09:00 p.m on 27th Jan & checked out at 11:15 a.m next day 28th Jan. 29th Morning we entered hotel restaurant with mobile phone around 10:00 a.m to have complimentary break fast & after half an hour we left restaurant & went to our room 306, packed our baggage & vacated ā room & left hotel around 11:15 a.m.Just after reaching our relative's place we realized our cell phone is missing. Tried calling that number but it was switched off. Later informed hotel staff & next day technician showed the CCTV footage, I was holding cell phone till entry of restaurant but inside restaurant CCTV is not working itseems so unable to watch further. Gave police compliant later. Now police department is investigating this case.

Not worth for money
āI went with my family in dec 2017 and experience was very bad.Starting from room ,washroom and service for room that too only call for water bottle refills was very bad. I cant forget the day my parents stayed in a room on second floor and there was no ventilation proper even the AC was not properlyā working and in night we faced many problem because of this . Same day around 9.30 i called the desk for water to be refilled and the person at reception said ok will send but till morning 8.00 no one came for water .
So overall the experience was bad,no proper service,congested rooms and the staff specially in evening is not good .The area the hotel is has no view and will never go there again.

Not worth the stay..compared to other treebo hotels..do not recommend for families with kids
āFirstly- my booking dint reflect in their system which was a hassle during check inspite f payment made in full advance. the receptionist spoke in a fashion as if we stayed there for free..never saw this kinda behaviour in other reebos .. The room shown was smelly which she finally obliged to changā e.. bathrooms needs maintenance .roofs with damp ceilings..no hot water during night.BF was good..again their was a fuss for a omlete ..overall.. pathetic compared to other treebos..I don't recommend for families with specially kids....

Bad management, bad rooms
āIf you think of cleanliness then Pls don't choose this hotel. They are missing a lot. Not good for family stay. Rooms were not clean . There is no negative points here. There was issue with amount to be paid. Booking.com amount show different and treebo amount. To clarify it I wasted a lot of time. ā Which actually made delay in my further trip. Pls don't choose and don't recommend it.
