Stay at Mangalore
“The stay was good, however I was asked to vacate the room at 12 noon saying the check out time is 11am. I had requested the receptionist that I will leave at 1330 hrs as I had a train at 1430 to Mumbai. As per Treebo policy if the rooms are vacant the hotel can extend the stay up to 1400 hrs. The ho“ tel rooms were vacant.

“They don't have in-house restaurant and the food they provide from some nearby restaurant is very bad. Breakfast they provide in-house but not up to the mark. Very few items that too tasteless. They provide Rasna water instead of juice. Room was ok in terms of space. Bathroom was old and having “ bad smell, they don't even have exhaust fan. Overall, average Stay.

Good centrally located Hotel to stay at Mangalore
“Treebo's Pappilon Palace at Mangalore is a centrally located decent Hotel to stay. While you get decent hotels in other cities for less than 2K, in Mangalore which is by birthplace I always used to find it a big challenge to find a decent place to stay sub 2K price range. Now the Treebo app is t“ he only app I depend on to book rooms. I should mention I had a big problem the first time I booked and stayed there, bcause I landed on their web page from another website and I was not aware that the room got booked only for 1 person instead of 2. Please check your booking bcause the booking will only show 1 room but NOT the number of people. The rates vary. Apart from this I had no other problems. The breakfast spread could be improved though. The room is very clean and neat. Everything works wonderfully . Thanks.

good stay
“Welcoming and efficient receptionists. I had to refer to my booking request to get a room with a view as they first offered room without view (rather it faces a wall!). All linnen was used (even lipstick spots on it) on my request all dirty linnen was replaced. The water kettle was out of order. Tru“ st management will improve these as the location, the beds and staff are good. I like to stay here again.

“Need improvements in your room service. The price shown before booking and bill amount is having 40% difference. You could have shown actual expense. My bill while booking was around 2600 Rs and while checkout it was around 3600 Rs without foodbill / any other services. For two days housekeeping was“ not done. You havent even provided me the essential items like oil, paste etc. Water also I demanded and taken. Was not satisfied with your service. You are charging nearly 200 Rs for morning breakfast and there they will serve bread and some watermelon. They even didnt provide me the spoon to eat.

Worst Hotel Stay Ever. Please stay away from this hotel
“Nothing to like. Worst experience and worst hotel ever i have ever stayed. thank you for spoiling my first trip to managalore. When you enter the hotel, you will be greeted with sad looking reception staff. it is more of the attitude they want to leave the hotel and coming there we have given them “ extra work. Worst quality rooms, dirty linen and bedsheets. window in the room shows the wall on the other side. it feels more like jail instead of hotel. Worst breakfast ever. only two things in so called buffet breakfast. that too you need to wait like an hour for them to refill. unwilling and totally arrogant staff. please stay from this hotel.
