“From the day we arrived we got e warm welcome and prompt service and an exceptional service. Very caring nature of the entire staff group and the owner. And as me and my friends weren't from there they were always there to help and guide us. At the end as well it was a pleasant experience.“
“Pretty clean place with good service / food and friendly people. I visited during a hartal day and they supported us for going to airport and helped other guests too. Look forward to go back during my next trips.“
“The stay in the hotel was amazing. The rooms are really nice and the staff is more than helpful, especially Martin and Rizwan. They helped me a lot on a Strike day. Both of them went out of the way to ensure my stay was more than delightful. The hotel is situated in a all green environemnt, with beau“ tiful houses all around. A 10 min walk in any of the bylanes will take you into a very rustic environment with trees and beautiful houses and a very rural like feel. The air is fresh and pollutions levels are very low. Its a must stay for anyone visting Kochi.
“This is very good hotel with great hospitality. Very Clean, spacious and luxury rooms, Clean toilets. Very very cooperative staff. Very good breakfast and all other food. All staff with reception people have nice attitude. I would say we will stay only in this hotel whenever we visit to Cochin for “ business as well as for vacation trip with family and friends. Overall we had fantastic experience.
There is one experience I want share. We have checked out on 8th Aug 2018 at 11 AM and completed out work by 4 PM and our flight was at 12.30 in night. We came back to this hotel and asked for room for 5-6 hours but rooms are not available. As manager of this hotel know about our flight was in midnight then he offered us his room in that hotel to stay for 5-6 hours. We asked them about charges then they refused to take any money and gave that room to us for rest for some time. This is really appreciable and quality service given by Treebo and their staff. Thank you very much.
“Nice hotel to stay for short Trips,Awesome food would like to recommend to have biryani at biryani house with kebabs and lime juice was great. had great discount from treebo website received discount for payments.“
“I have booked 2 rooms in the treebo Tree house 1 day before my check inn i have called their customer care to confirm the booking and when i reached the hotel next day receptionist was unable to find one booking and i need to wait all the while and need to get help from customer care and finally aft“ er a long wait they had provided me 2 rooms. In the morning again the receptionist informed me that the customer care havnt added the 2nd room booking yet so i need to call them again and then i called them and asked them to do it on the spot. I have travelled to many countries and have used different hotels everywere i have used booking.com to book my hotels no were other than treebo hotels asked to make a prepayment before check inn. And at the time of final payment i cannot make payment with my credit card, bcz their hotel wont accept ocerseas cards but funny thing is that their discription says they accepts Mastercard,Visa and all other popular cards. Then i need to pay in cash to settle the bill. The worst part i experienced in the hotel was the terrible wifi. Wifi was too slow but the disgusting part is every time i need to login & get OTP to connect to the wifi every 3 or 4 hours the wifi login username expires and i need to get new one from the reception and the funny part is you need to have a local mobile number to get the OTP. The experience from the Treebo Tree hotel is really disappointing and for my future visits i will make sure that i wont book this hotel anytime unless they rectify all these issues of payment, booking and wifi. The good thing about the hotel is they have one Biryani Restaurant at the ground floor, the food is really amazing and tasty. The staffs in the hotel is really polite and service minded. I really appreciate their attitude and service.
