Amazing stay
“We had very good stay at the hotel. The property is well designed, very nice rooms, food quality is good and taste is also good.Next to the hotel construction work is going on but since rooms are designed nicely the construction sounds was not disturbing that much, Staff is very polite and helpful. “ Breakfast was included in the package and it was nice. Convinient stay at Treebo Grand Emerald
“The hotel location for me is very convinient, Iam a regular atthis Hotel, but this time we found the room upkeep to be poor
1. Hot water takes 20 minutes to come in the night at 10pm, this means you have to leave the water running for 20 mins before the water gets hot.
2. The bathroom was dirty, the“ towels are become old and frayed.
The foot mat outside the bathroom was not changed!! It was dirty by the end of our stay.
3. The exhaust in The bathroom was filthy and not clean at all.
On the other hand the staff was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was amazing and tasty.
Everyone at Treebo is helpful and friendly.

Could have been better
“The 1st room which was given to me was clean but the lock of the door was not proper, the telephone was not working, there were no towels in the bathroom. Hotel looks good from outside but not well maintained
“I found issues with hygiene conditions as bathroom was not cleaned properly.
Also room door though with electronic lock was damaged and was difficult to open.
Not a wide spread of breakfast but perfectly fine. Issue is i found fungus on bread pieces, so I just had to skip everything & leave.
