“It's a Wowsome n Pleasant Feeling when You Check in the Room. Amazing n Excellent Hospitality being extended by Staff Members. Hotel's Roof Top Restaurant is Simply Fantabulous. It was an Electrifying Night out there. Thanks A Ton Udai Niwas Entire Staff members.“
“It is a heritage hotel nothing grand. The taxi guy will drop you outside the lane and you have to either walk it up if you don't have luggage or you have to take a Rikshaw, which they have not mentioned in their site. The lift is only till the 1st floor and after that you have to walk it down. “ The hotel is just average not worth the money spent. Lot of noise in the night due to that we were not getting good sleep. Breakfast was good. Otherwise nothing great in the hotel.
“If you sit on the roof top restaurant especially evenings its mind blowing view on the lake, coming to room and food. Rooms are pretty decent neat and clean 24x7hot water supply, awesome food in the restaurant. We ordered fish tikka, laal maas, fish curry (it was yummy). 100% value for money.“
“The location and Hotel are amazing ... specialty : ROOF TOP RESTAURANT . courteous staff .. rates are reasonable . the scenic view from the restaurant top during evening and during morning breakfast is overwhelming .“
“Hi , we stayed for a night 20.11.2018at this place last week .though we had booked it , we got calls checking if we are sure of coming .only when we were heading to the place in our taxi ,we were told there is no way a car can reach their entrance .w had to park the car 150 meters away at jagdish t“ emple govt parking .the lift could take only 2 persons and was very slow.however at the reception , we were told that having booked the room in the category was not there , they were upgrading it which is bigger room with 2 beds queen size which was on 4 th floor .it reminded me of santorini greece where there are similar hotels but lot more cleaner .the access to the hotel was dusty and congested with absolutely no parking .the reception staff helped in shifting our luggage .next day the breakfast was mediocre and on 5 th floor terrace .overall it was not a good experience and not friendly for those who are on wheel chair or have back or knee problem ,the staircase is narrow in that a person to climb the stair , the person coming down has to reverse walk .i am not sure of fire safety as it looks like all by laws for safety are forgotten .
“Location is excellent with all major attractions in walking distance, Roof top view is great. However cleaniness inside rooms needs improvement. Towels were not clean, wifi was not accessible, TV signal did not work out. The lift is available, but only from 1st floor onwards. Stair case are very nar“ row, difficult for older people or in case of any emergency. Food in the restaurant was great, however breakfast was very ordinary with not much to offer.
