āWe stayed at Treebo Trend Yantra Ooty for 2 nights. Fantastic place, lovely staff, wonderful ambience & great serviceNice location. Good neat rooms Family room on front is having better view . Almost 20 to 30 minutes to deliver the food .Very close to town .Staff is very nice .Overall good expā erience..Outside Wi fi signals were very weak and kept on disconnecting. No additional activity like gym, swimming, spa, games..It was an awesome experience.....really enjoyed....fabulous place to hang out with frds & family..

Near to the town but away from rush
āWhen we enter into the reception we felt that rooms will not be good. But rooms were very good and had a different feel. We were two families and we got connectable rooms. Hotel is 3 km away from the town but it's in a silent place even though there are houses nearby. Hotel service persons were ā very cooperative. They can improve their breakfast spread a little bit. Lot of works are going on and once it gets finished it will be more attractive. Space in and around the resort is limited. A good option for families

Excellent vacation time

Amazing stay !!
āYantra Leisures is absolutely worth the money you pay. The ambience is too good, the hotel is very close to the city, the food is decent, families would love it. You just need to choose the best time to go here. It was 10 degrees when I was there.Altogether, a budget stay for a 1-2 days trip to Ootyā .

āInitially we were supposed to stay in a different hotel but due to some issues with treebo we were transferred here. And trust me we couldn't be happier. It was better then we expected. Beautiful hotel, good food.. Amazing location.. We infact got a room with our own little fireplace and aā beautiful view. The staff were soo courteous and warm. Please see that you have room heater in every room of your resort so that customer can enjoy the stay.The food which we ordered was pathetic and we had to consult a doctor the next day and the funny thing is we took help of your RESā ORT STAFF in getting the doctor's contact.

āPeaceful location and helpful staff. Comparatively with other hotels located in city center, the location of this hotel is less noisy. Architecture of rooms are different than current structures, looks like a heritage property used by British earlier.. Staff members are helpful and responsive.. Qualā ity of the food in the restaurant which is adjacent to this hotel is not good, particularly lunch nd dinner.. Breakfast is fine.

āLoved the hotel staff, amazing location and especially the food in the KE's kitchen was AWESOME. Everything was amazing and value for money. We would love to visit the place again. Unfortunately, we had to shorten the trip from 3 nights to 1 night and the hotel staff was very very accommodating.ā Understanding our genuine concern they agreed for a 2 night refund as well. Definitely recommend the stay for group of friends, family, guys trip and Ooty lovers.

Complete Ooty experience
āThis hotel is situated about 2-3 kms from Ooty bus stop/railway stop, has beautiful British styled rooms with heaters on request, the best part about the hotel is that you need not look to book other cabs/vehicles for internal transport, the hotel has a vehicle and a very knowledgable guide / driverā , (Saga) who wonderfully tool us through a trip to Coonoor and Ooty.

Reasonable rates, cozy rooms and an awesome staff.
āI booked my room through booking.com but turns out, the rates are higher than the normal rates. Hence I will suggest to book from treebo website.
Now, about the stuffs I liked about the hotel.
1. They allowed me to checkin early. They patiently took me through the available rooms for me to choose fā rom.
2. Breakfast was good. Food served for dinner was tasty and reasonably priced.
3. The staff. Awesome. These guys were courteous and so much grounded. The driver SAGA, he was a delight.
It was a good stay and I will highly recommend this place to any kind of traveller.

Its not worth.
Room interior was depressive.
Breakfast had varieties however not tasty.
There was no fan in the room though climate was cool but still fan is required.
Bathroom had stains, curtains were old.

āNice and pleasant stay. Cost of stay is okay. Room heater is additional cost if you required. Very nice and service oriented staff. Location is just 4 kms from main market and close to the highway. Wifi network is kind of okay but can improve at this stage. Breakfast is good for Indians. Continentaā l/English breakfast is little bit limited option. Special food ordered for a function was not at par but it was okay and convinced by the courteous staffs. No complaints though.

A neat and clean place with a beautiful view.
āThe place is situated on a hill with amazing view in the front and both sides. The staff were helpful and they arranged a cab with a nice driver for sight seeing with some extra cost. It's a peaceful place 3 km away from the hustle and bustle of the city which definitely has much more pros. Willā love to visit there again.

Ooty trip
āThe location of the hotel is very scenic and they have maintained the gardens nicely. Food was average and there is not much variety to choose. Rooms are kind of average and had few old furnitures. The main issue was the dripping basin which obviously I did not liked it in cold weather. You don'ā t really like your foot getting wet in middle of the night. I got a on the first floor, from where you can enjoy the nice view. Good place for family and they have parking available. Would like if they improve on the variety of food/quality and replace the old furnitures.

Very good stay for family
āI have stayed 2 days in jan 2018. Hotel is located in good secluded place. Comp breakfast is superb. Quality of beds needs to be inproved. Hotel staff was very cooperative from all small niggles to sight seeing arrangement. Only bad thing we faced is bad wifi. Not connecting at all. Jacob was very hā elpful. Dinner was also good. Need to have dinner at hotel. No other option nearby. Overall would like to visit again. Hotel provides toileteries, towels and bedsheets whch are clean. We stayed in a oak room. Good spacious room but dont expect any great views as it is not on a hill.

Really a heritage property!!
āLocation is bang on main road. So very convenient for everyone.
Breakfast is very basic and you will need to ask for items to be filled repeatedly. Donāt expect too much on that.
Rooms are huge and on the nicer side. However due to asterbos roof, the room gets very cold in the night. So you might thā ink about that before booking. Also room given to us was on the main entrance way which meant we could not open the curtains or window due to lack of privacy.

Decent, but has scope for improvement
āThe property is old and hence the rooms seemed a bit run down. The rooms and premises were not spotlessly clean. Since it is a cold place, wish the rooms are provided with footmats/ rugs/ runners near the bed to avoid directly stepping on the cold floor. The intercom in our room was not functioning ā so we had to walk to the Reception Desk every time we had to communicate with the housekeeping or room service. One day, muddy water was flowing from the taps in the bathroom.....but it must have been due to the rains. It was attended to promptly. The staff were all very attentive, pleasant and cooperative which made our stay comfortable and homely. The food in the attached KE's restaurant was good. The WiFi connectivity was also good. āI had been visited place last week and had a nice set of experiences. It's been located little inside of the Ooty. You mat find very dark routes in the night. However, once you reach there the place is pleasant.I had been offered for the Standard Room but the one which they provided was Oak Roomā and very small for three people.They have a facility to opt for Room Heaters per night in Winter. They also provide hot water in the bathrooms 24/7. Breakfast is good and staff is also approachable. I wouldn't mind visiting this place if they offer me the perfect room in future.Overall Rating: 3Rooms/Cleanliness: 3Food: 3Service:4

Rooms are good but not maintained for utilities
ā1st alloted room was having the door lock issue. The substituted 2nd room was having restroom with flush problem, the 3rd alternate room was lacking a power supply. The finally alloted room was good but in the morning we got to know about the geyser problem. But the staff was really supportive and sā truggled to resolve the problems

Less than average hotel.
āLocation is not good, bathroom was like budget or bus stand types hotel, room was ok, best was 24x7 hot water and wifi. Breakfast was on time and ok, TV was very small. Overall 1.5/5 rating from my side. Not worth for the price and under so called branding ...treebo.ā

Not up to the mark

4) At the time of check out the manager at reception was rude...
(As we have to move early at 7am and the health of my partner was not well so We request him to just provide the bread and butter in breakfast which can be easily pā rovided by them, the service boy was ready but the manager refused to provide.)

Real cheaters
āThey show good rooms in website and give very pathetic rooms in actual. Don't book rooms with these cheaters. I booked my room for 3 nights stay with my family, online and paid Rs.2000 as advance payment as instructed by them. But when I dropped in the property they offered me a different room fā rom what they offered in their website which was not at all up to the standard. On top of that we found cats roaming around in the rooms and at eating places which is unhygienic. I demanded for refund of the amount but they refused to give the refund. They are real cheaters

Pathetic Staff and Services at Treebo Yantra Leisures
āWe had initially made the booking for 36 members for 2 nights in 15 rooms. There was a last moment cancellation of 2 members and hence we had not taken 2 extra mattresses for them, the travel agent was also present with the group, but the hotel management had already decided not to refund for the chā arges for 2 members who could not make the trip. The services were pathetic too. We had to wait for 2 hours to get the 2nd serve during dinner. Also, there was no one to pick the call at the reception during nights for service requests.
