Home away from home!
“I'm not much of a review writer but I am compelled to write a review for Treebo Jhalamaan because of the warmth & impeccable hospitality offered to us by the owners & the staff. It was a wonderful experience, be it the comfortable room with all the amenities (which was really cosy during December e“ nd) or the exceptional service offered by the hotel staff which was extremely courteous, warm and forthcoming. The owner who is an elegant and graceful lady & the staff members guided us on the places to visit and the mode of transport to take in the busy streets of Udaipur. Their warmth truly made us feel like home during the entire stay. The complimentary breakfast was sumptuous and delicious and tasted exactly like home food (healthy and well prepared). The location of the hotel is prime, many of the city's attractions are just walking distance. Would love to stay in the place again due to all the reasons mentioned above and the value for money the hotel provides. Keep it up guys. CHEERS!

Stay at Treebo Mandiram Palace in Udaipur
“Dear Sir, this was my third stay at Treebo, though at Amritsar I reached on a wrong date and had to vacate at short notice, the I stayed in Treebo Jaipur and had an excellent experience not only in terms of rooms, services, amenities available but also in terms of the behaviour of the staff. But I d“ eeply regret that stay at Mandiram was antithesis. Its approach is nightmare, food quality is horrible, the property is at the mercy of contractual workers. TV in the room work in the morning but in the evening it start interrupting, wi fi password given but wont connect, AC not working and you complaint and with lot of reluctance the change of room will be agreed ( not before you regret checking in). I seriously wonder, why treebo has partnered with this property, its a serious blot in your otherwise spotless image. I may be harsh but its factual and serious threat to your reputation. I dont know how people rate is good but i am one of your admirer and trying to be as sincere as possible. No bill was given to me. They accept only cash, no debit card payment. Endless story. Hope feedback will be taken in right spirit.

Superb experience @ Treebo Udai Midas.

“Our stay at Udainiwas was beautiful.
The hotel is a heritage building turned into a hotel which is very tastefully decorated. It is very inviting.
People who own and manage the place are a team of young friends since college and they are doing a great job.
All of them are very polite and warm.
Staff“ is very helpful and understanding.
Services are prompt and very well taken care of.
Rooms are very pretty and spacious.
Restaurant is the gem of this place and in fact in the nearby places we liked the rooftop restaurant they have SunNmoon.
My overall experience was exceptional and I would like to recommend this place to everyone who is looking for the best value for money deal in old city.

“Stayed with family for 3 nights. 2 young kids (aged 7 and 9), wife and myself.
Spacious rooms, quite clean and a great 5th floor restaurant with 360 degree view of Udaipur. Attitude of staff is good. Many tourist locations (lake pichola, Bagore ki haveli, Jagdish temple and City Palace) and many goo“ d eateries are within walking distance (200- 400 metres). Overall a good experience.
I am reading quite a few negative reviews here. It appears they relate to old trips. The hotel has been renovated in early 2017 and this reflects in its current offering.

“The service by the staff was not up to the mark.Very lackadaisical. The turn around time was way too much for any service rendered either because of inadequacy of staff or may be because of improper training“

“All and all very good experience. Room was spacious and clean, but view from room not good. Food was tasty and delivered very fast. Staff were also good in behaviour. Location is good, very near from city palace, jagdish Temple, lake and local market. You just reach there by walking and talking.“

“Near to many tourist attraction. Rooms are OK. The night view from balcony is good. Couldn't see any menu card in the room hence I am not sure if room service is there. Anyways I never even asked for it. The best advantage is closeness to most of the tourist attraction although the hotel itself is i“ n a bit narrow road hence sometimes you don't get taxis from the hotel itself but a short walk takes you to jagdish temple and you have plenty of options to commute from there. Rooftop restaurant is the main highlight. The view from there is breathtaking. Overall satisfied with my stay.

Superb location.. peaceful stay..
“The overall experience was superb.. the cleanliness aspect was marred by the fact that the recliners on the balcony were covered with dust.. when u know guests are coming, you ought to do a little bit more.. its d little bit more that makes the difference between good and excellent.. anyway, the loc“ ation was superb.. the politeness and quickness of staff was overwhelming..

“We are senior citizens and my wife had knee operations. Having booked and paid an advance, the room we were offered was disappointing. The room was small with nooving space. One had to climb up 5 stairs and then climb 10 stairs down to reach the room. There was no lift to the restaurant and we had t“ o climb another 15 steps to reach. It was a horrible experience for 2 days and unforgettable for the trouble we had to undergo.

Not what you expect from Treebo franchise
“This place lacks professionalism. Either it's a new property or highly unethical, but they lack certain basics of a Treebo hotel. We had to ask specifically for amenities like soap, towel, tea things, Hangars etc. Everything was being brought from the landlady's house. Your drinking water will be su“ pplied from there. Your breakfast will be served in your room. They don't have an in-house restaurant. The rooms lack proper furniture (well furnished tables or cabinets). They don't let you park your vehicle inside even though there is space and there is no facility for drivers.

Everything except Gyser was good!
“The property is at good location with good huge rooms. Rooms are comfortable l. I travelled with my family. The major dampener was the unavailability of hot water throughout our stay... that too in the winter.. this is the basic which they could not manage... I was worried when my 6 yr old daughter “ had to take bath in cold water in winter mornings.. we repeatedly told this to hotel staf but everytime they cut a sorry figure..

Hotel or Backpackers?
“Lovely people running Treebo but accommodation inadequate for the cost! Nowhere to hang clothes, nor a chest of drawers. Very poor WiFi. The room was not cleaned, the bed was not made up.
However the food on the rooftop restaurant was very good.
No glass in windows, only shutters so extremely noi“ sy at night.

Not Recommend At All
“I had a booking of single room for 3 persons. In the room they have a double bed which is very old. Whenever u sit on bed there is loud cracking noise which is very irritating. And if u book a room for three they will make the 3rd person sleep on the floor. Couch is small so u can not even use that.“ Towels were old and hard. Only good thing is restaurant Vairo on terrace which u can visit without booking a room in this property. So plz consider other options not this one. Thanks

Not fit to be a Tree Bo hotel
“Does not have it's own restaurant. On the web site the photo of the roof top restaurant is an out sourced one. So the B/Fast is served in the room. Donot have staff to provide service. It's done thru temp staff, who are a bit iffy. If U are with a family ,well, should avoid.“

Terrible experience. No hot water in winter.customer service at bottom level. No value for customer.
“Very rude staff. Not showing any respect to customer. Property at best location but ruined by services offered by hotel. No lift from ground. No hot water in winter need to take shower with cold water in mid december. They dont have any other provision for that just solar panel. Or may be they dont “ want to use for us.

Very Very poor service. Only thing positive is the Convenient Location.
“No proper entrance access,
Poorly cleaned blankets.
Bathroom water not draining properly.
No choice of breakfast - they do not have a restaurant, No RO water in this hotel, apart from ONE ltr bottle per day, you have to pay for each drop of water. Breakfast is served in your rooms and you have to“ wait hours for it to be served.
AC in the room switches only on request to the reception counter and they have only 2 persons employed to cater to all the rooms in the entire hotel.
And to top it all, my wife's wrist watch was found stolen by the cleaning guys.
