“Requested for room service to do bedding for almost 4-5 times from morning 10:00 AM TO 3:00 PM, hardly anybody gave attention about it, finally i had to go and yell and post that they came and did it.
Informed all people from morning to afternoon, receptionist, house keeping, and so on and none of “ them didnt even bother to address issue.
Morning complimentary breakfast is pathetic, food is not at all good, hardly they had any varieties, not at all worth, during my first visit to same place some time back, morning breakfast was too good.
now its useless.

“It was a good stay at Treebo Komfort Suites Deluxe room. Room was ready and there was no delay in check-in process. I checked in at 9:00PM and checked out at 12:15PM on the next day. Worst place to stay in Mysore!
“We had booked at Treebo Komfort Suites because it had good reviews on Tripadvisor. Clearly, Tripadvisor reviews are not the best guideline as to where to stay. We stayed for three nights and all three of them were horrid. As we checked in, the room's key didn't work, therefore there was no e“ lectricity for the entire room. Later in the day, the kettle didn't work , the AC didn't and the bathroom was filthy. Also the food at their restaurant was terribly below standard. My father actually got a stomach ache after eating breakfast there.
I would advise any future travellers to Mysore to NOT STAY HERE!!!
For the amount of money they charge, there are many better options and even Air BnB options available. This is by far the worst hotel experience my Family has had. I would advise Treebo to remove such horrid hotels from their chain. We, for one, are never staying at a Treebo hotel ever again.

“This was one of the few hotels offering a decent price for my stay immediately post the dasara celebrations. It has a good location, not too far from the palace plus the forum value mall next door. “I was worth staying at Treebo Komfort suites, Mysure. They received us well. the rooms were good with kettle, wifi, hot water, TV, AC and all the necessary toiletries. The hotel is situated just few kilometers to most of the site-seeing places in Mysore. The down side is - the night time room servic“ e is poor and the lunch and dinner is not good. Clean, Safe Budget hotel for family.
“Booked 2 rooms and found this hotel to be matching my expectations. The rooms were big and clean. We were 2 adults and 2 kids in each room and they provide mattress for extra person on extra payment basis. The breakfast is simple and adequate (Idli, Vada, Poori/Semiya bath, bread with Butter and Jam“ , Juice, Tea/coffee). The bathroom amenities could have been better. “We made a sudden plan for Mysore with family friends.While looking for Hotel, we came across Treebo, founding it to be satisfactory we made bookings for 3 rooms. “Good and calm locationBreakfast had limited options. They were very good.Standard rooms lack privacy. In the sense there were lot of noise and they were too much audible within the room. Even other guests suppose to understand not to disturb by making lot of noise in the midnight.The bathroom and to“ ilet were very good and clean. The water outflow during bath talkes lot of time. After few mugs of water, one needs to wait for the water to drain before puring tjhe next mug.Of late visited their deluxe room, there were very spacious and has a good privacy. Not worth for money
“I went with my family in dec 2017 and experience was very bad.Starting from room ,washroom and service for room that too only call for water bottle refills was very bad. I cant forget the day my parents stayed in a room on second floor and there was no ventilation proper even the AC was not properly“ working and in night we faced many problem because of this . Same day around 9.30 i called the desk for water to be refilled and the person at reception said ok will send but till morning 8.00 no one came for water .
So overall the experience was bad,no proper service,congested rooms and the staff specially in evening is not good .The area the hotel is has no view and will never go there again.

Request for early check in rejected at last minute due to which i have to wait 2hrs in reception with my 1yr old baby
“I did the booking 2 months in advance and I called the hotel , requested for early check in with extra payment basis. On my date of travel i have asked to wait till 11 am until rooms are free. That was frustrating as Me my wife & a 1yr baby had to wait at reception from 7 am till 9 am. After 9 a“ m when I started soughing on the staff within 15 mins they arranged room.Till that time no staff bothered to ask for a glass of water to a tourist. Hotel tried to cheat us
“The hotel staff tried to cheat us with pricing. The total price was Rs. 4800 + gst for 2 rooms (2 Adults + 1 child in each room). My reservation clearly stated that. However, the staff asked us to pay Rs.2000 extra for the second adult in each room. We called Booking.com and the customer service rep“ talked to the hotel staff. The hotel staff told the customer service rep that they weren't asking for any extra money. However, hotel staff asked for 2000 Rs extra at check-out. They tried to force me into paying but I did not. They were rude to us and they ganged up on us to intimidate us. They yelled at us.Word of caution: This hotel shows low price on booking.com as a way to get bookings and then forces customers to pay extra. This is blatant cheating and Booking.com should remove such hotels from its listing. The entire hotel staff was on it. This means they do it often.
