Good budget hotel in Mysore
“This is a good budget hotel in Mysore and 15 min (cab/auto) away from most of the tourist locations such as the Mysore Palace, Zoo, etc. The room was clean and spacious, and staff was also good. However, there was one thing I didn't Treebo was that it charge a lot for early check-ins and late ch“ eck-outs when you call their call-center in advance. They charge for an entire night for early check-in. We reached very early in the morning in Mysore and had to wait until 10 to check-in to our rooms as they were going to charge us an entire day charges just for a couple hours. Instead of just charging us a minimum early check-in charges.

We would like to really pass on our hearty thanks to the Cook who took special efforts to make each of the dishes very tasty. The Room service was spot on. A VERY GOOD BUDGET HOTEL IN MYSORE
“I spent more than a week in Treebo Spektrum Suites, on the occasion of my daughter's marriage and its aftermath. I had booked around 30 rooms for 2 days for my guests on the marriage and reception days, and stayed on for a week afterwards. I was very happy with the hotel. The staff, the Manager “ Mrs Yadav and her assistants Deepa and Mahesh, were very cooperative in handling the large crowd, and in promptly settling any problems that arose with the guests. The rooms are spacious, and well-kept and clean, with running hot water, comfortable beds and good A/C. The staff responded quite quickly to any complaints of non-working appliances, etc.
The hotel has a restaurant which is not great, but adequate and convenient. The hotel itself is in a quiet, safe and relatively affluent residential area, and there are many good restaurants within walking distance. I recommend the hotel strongly.

“Requested for room service to do bedding for almost 4-5 times from morning 10:00 AM TO 3:00 PM, hardly anybody gave attention about it, finally i had to go and yell and post that they came and did it.
Informed all people from morning to afternoon, receptionist, house keeping, and so on and none of “ them didnt even bother to address issue.
Morning complimentary breakfast is pathetic, food is not at all good, hardly they had any varieties, not at all worth, during my first visit to same place some time back, morning breakfast was too good.

“Its the first hotel that i have been to anywhere in the world who asked me for full payment up front as soon as i got to the check in desk. I paid in full and they didnt have change for me , same thing happened with laundry and i had to ask for my change when i was checking out , this caused a bit o“ f commotion. Normally i wouldnt bother as it wasnt a lot , but it was more a principle at that stage. The room itself was lovely , the location was great and the laundry was done very well, but breakfast was sparse and the males on reception were not easy to deal with. Wifi was also an issue if you dont have an Indian phone number. My home number didnt work and again this was a difficulty for me.

“The hotel rooms were superb. Very neat and clean. A fan in the room would have been more helpful. Instead of 500ml small water bottle you can provide 1 litre bottle in the room which will be sufficient for the guests, 500 ml wate r bottle how would it be sufficient?? We are paying the full amount f“ or room not the half amount so i feel these things should be perfect. The restaurant was horrible.Food was not good at all. Complimentary breakfast was horrible idly was not steamed properly vada oil was stinking kindly look after the food, first impression is the best impression food quality must be proper . I felt totally disappointed.

Excellent rooms - no Service
“+ Rooms were in top condition
+ Just opposite to Yoga narasimha swamy temple - easy to tell location to Ola/Uber drivers
+ very near to Hootagalli( Infosys)
+ 5 min walk to a signal where many buses stop
+ Ground floor restaurant is good. Many items are available. Good in both quantity and quality.
“ + Pan shop in front of the restaurant if you like eating sweet pan, chocolate pan etc
- Not clear information about breakfast. After we ate, we were told that there is a limiit of Rs 100/day/traveller. Neither this was informed by Treebo nor by the hotel. In the first day, we ended up paying Rs 92 since we chose to have masala dosa, poori and coffee for breakfast. This came as a shock since when I called Treebo service they didn't know anything about this.
- Hotel staff doesn't know anything called service. They can't speak anyother language than kannada. Make your mind to go and pester the reception for towels, moisturiser, water everyday. They are not trained to do anything at all. They simply want to pass their time watching movies/videos in phone/ computer.
- One liter water per day , which means if you book for two days, the third day before checkout you are on your own. It is like going and begging which you wouldn't want to do.

Clean Room but service can be improved.
“The room was clean and tidy. Location ok, can go to all sightseeing places by Ola or uber. Breakfast counter was very untidy, food was not being replaced quickly. Glasses, plates, tables, table mats in very poor condition. There was a lizard near the bread counter, when informed the staff they were “ least bothered. I had to ask 3 times for WiFi password and other reception services were very deaying. Overall room was great but service was bad

Okay For 1 Night!!
“Room was small for a couple. View from window was cramped (with view of a mall) rather than nature's view. Absence of a lift in the hotel makes it tough to climb upstairs if you've reached there after a long road-journey. Food was okay, nothing great.“

Rooms are very small and there was one person to cater to our service. And nobody was there to help us with our luggage.
“We had to take all the luggage by ourselves. And when we entered the room, the light wasn't working we were given another room which was very small. We didn't like the room so we took the earlier room and asked him to replace the light from this room to the other. Next day we wanted a bottle“ of water and he took almost half an hour to get. Overall I felt it was over priced for the amenities, quality and service provided.

“Management needs to be better.. couples of situations are I was booked under my name but when I checked out that room was under another person name .. so there was confusion on payment even though I had a prepaid room. There is no room service here. You need to order down in the restaurant and then “ accompany hime to the room so that food gets delivered. For the amount paid.. the room provided is very small

“We stayed for two nights. We were happy with the Location and parking facility. Clean rooms, good staff. Breakfast was the same menu both days. The experience calling trwebo for extending the stay for the 2nd night was a bad experience.“

Value for money except for few improvements
“Bed was very hard along with the pillows which inturn caused neck pain. Rest room could have been a bit bigger. AC cooling is not upto the mark, when it qwa sent to 16°c it's like its still in 22°c. Other than that everything seems to be fine“

Unclean rooms
“Unclean rooms. Lift is not working for 3 days from april 29 to may 2. No toiletary item in bathroom. No room boy is available to bring water we have to go down for our own.

Request for early check in rejected at last minute due to which i have to wait 2hrs in reception with my 1yr old baby
“I did the booking 2 months in advance and I called the hotel , requested for early check in with extra payment basis. On my date of travel i have asked to wait till 11 am until rooms are free. That was frustrating as Me my wife & a 1yr baby had to wait at reception from 7 am till 9 am. After 9 a“ m when I started soughing on the staff within 15 mins they arranged room.Till that time no staff bothered to ask for a glass of water to a tourist. I do have other points but that i can forget. However above point was Terrible.

Not worth the stay..compared to other treebo hotels..do not recommend for families with kids
“Firstly- my booking dint reflect in their system which was a hassle during check inspite f payment made in full advance. the receptionist spoke in a fashion as if we stayed there for free..never saw this kinda behaviour in other reebos .. The room shown was smelly which she finally obliged to chang“ e.. bathrooms needs maintenance .roofs with damp ceilings..no hot water during night.BF was good..again their was a fuss for a omlete ..overall.. pathetic compared to other treebos..I don't recommend for families with specially kids....

Hotel tried to cheat us
“The hotel staff tried to cheat us with pricing. The total price was Rs. 4800 + gst for 2 rooms (2 Adults + 1 child in each room). My reservation clearly stated that. However, the staff asked us to pay Rs.2000 extra for the second adult in each room. We called Booking.com and the customer service rep“ talked to the hotel staff. The hotel staff told the customer service rep that they weren't asking for any extra money. However, hotel staff asked for 2000 Rs extra at check-out. They tried to force me into paying but I did not. They were rude to us and they ganged up on us to intimidate us. They yelled at us.Word of caution: This hotel shows low price on booking.com as a way to get bookings and then forces customers to pay extra. This is blatant cheating and Booking.com should remove such hotels from its listing. The entire hotel staff was on it. This means they do it often.

“Room floor unclean.Cable bills not paid so tV was blank, staffsaid they will change the setup box but didn't bother. Towels, shampoo, conditioners not provided . They provide some liquid body gel which can make your skin very dry.“

Not worth for money
“I went with my family in dec 2017 and experience was very bad.Starting from room ,washroom and service for room that too only call for water bottle refills was very bad. I cant forget the day my parents stayed in a room on second floor and there was no ventilation proper even the AC was not properly“ working and in night we faced many problem because of this . Same day around 9.30 i called the desk for water to be refilled and the person at reception said ok will send but till morning 8.00 no one came for water .
So overall the experience was bad,no proper service,congested rooms and the staff specially in evening is not good .The area the hotel is has no view and will never go there again.
