“Overall average. Tea cups old, cracked and need replacement. I had given this feedback last year too when I stayed here but a year on, no change, same cups in use. Staff not well trained for customer care. They talk loudly and disturb at odd hours. Breakfast, same menu all the days's, hardly any“ change in Menu. Got bored of it. Otherwise location is central for that is a positive. Cost wise, more expensive than few more hotels around.

“The hotel, which is actually serviced apartments, is really good. Really neat and clean. Nice room, bathroom, accessories and nice staff. The only issue is the location. Most of the people do not understand the location. Several buildings around it are under construction. Some jhuggi jhopadis also n“ earby. “The room was excellent clean and tidy.
Got a good bargain. Stayed there for 3 days. It was a very good hotel.
The Wi-Fi is a problem. The upper floors doesn't have the Wi-Fi facility. Since it is out of range. Bfast is free but lunch and dinner not served by hotel. Instead we need to order and “ delivery is available from the restaurants who's menu is kept on the rooms table.
Including Taxes I paid 1300 per day which is way low since the hotel was worth few thousands more.
Would like to try more Treebo hotels in future in different states.

“Hi. The hotel is budget stay. Located in the heart of the city. Well maintained building. Hotel staffs are helpful and courteous. Breakfast in the rooftop was a surprise theme. The only problem faced was the iron box. It's all about an iron box which may make this review low rated. They gave me “ a iron box with minor defect. I used it and there were 3-4 short circuits and power failure on both days of my stay. You should consider repairing or buying a new iron box for guests. It delayed my start time to office also in the morning.

Amazing experience
“I stayed in this hotel for 4 days with my family and it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay here . Manager Mr. Selvaraj was courteous, amiable and helpful. All the other staffs were also good and were always ready to help. The room with attached balcony was clean, tidy and well maintained. At“ tached toilets are hygienic with 24 hours hot and cold water. There was 24 hours power supply and free Wi-Fi connection in all the rooms, though we find a small problem while connecting the WiFi initially. The breakfast spread arranged at the roof top is healthy and and kids friendly too. The common sitting area and dining space is also well maintained. Overall it was a wonderful experience staying there and I would definitely recommend people, this hotel at Sterling Road, Nungambakkam for a perfect stay in Chennai.

Comfortable Stay
“I stayed with my family on January 6, 2018. I chose this hotel due to its proximity to Chennai Airport. I had to catch a flight at 9.30 am next day. The hotel is about 10 kms from Airport and it takes about 30 minutes to reach. Ola and Uber are easily available as this is a busy location. Room was “ tidy and clean and the room service was prompt, Though they were very stingy with toiletries and tea bags etc. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Though the timings 8 - 10 am from breakfast appear to be too late for the people who have to catch morning flights. Our request for earlier breakfast was only partially acceded to as we were served breakfast at 7.4m am instead of 8 am. It would be better if breakfast timings are changed to 7-9 am.

Needs to be professional and honest.
“I am gonna share honest and detailed review.
A. 1.5 kilometres from main road, no transportation available except calling uber or ola cabs. Kindly train your legs before Chek in.
B. Treebo maple room has something unique such as area, fridge, personal dining hall with sofa. Adin residence has not“ hing but a sharing dining room, sharing with four rooms but table is only for four.
C. Mattress is relaxing, linen is clean, a.c works average, fittings in bathroom is nothing like modern and no hanger to hang your pant or shirt inside bathroom.
D. Onion pakora was tasty but served only 6 pcs of small size for 100 Rs plus GST It's way too costly.
E. Smoking and drinking is not allowed here, the receptionist says it's a residence sir. I don't know why treebo hotel has partnered with a residence, but it charges food like 3 star hotel.

“Erected on the Traffic Steering STERLING Road in the walkable vicinity of the well known LOYOLA Campus, alongside the prime Pavilion of Nungambakkam, the TREEBO PECHIS CASTLE is surely a Delightful Brand New Venture of the TEEBO family in Chennai..For starters, the concept of a Serviced Appartment s“ tyle provision in all its new sheen is quite appealing to the guests, only to be disappointed by the small size of the rooms per say, though the Road Facing Balcony may well be something to cheer upon, if the guest happens to have opted for the Larger “170sq.ft MAPLE” type Room..Essential provisions are pretty much a part of the package, just that the availability of a MICROWAVE OVEN in the Commom Kitchenette might have been a bit more helpful..COURTEOUS STAFF with PROMPT SERVICE, especially by one Mr.GOVINDHAN is quite commendable..The ONE thing though, that really upset me was the FRUGAL SPREAD OF COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST & the STINGY attitude of the CHEF & his Stewards in providing with a certain measure of food(say Omelette- thick egg white) as requested by the guest & their rude reciprocation to the same when the guest voice their displeasure...Well if the FOOD part of the deal is Addressed in the best Interest of their guests,it will surely be a HomeStay of sorts that one may look forward to every single time they happen to be in Chennai...

Very Very poor, pls do not book this until unless you din a find any hotels, I checked in and AC weren't working
“I checked in and AC weren't working and I was informed it will be fine in sometime and I couldn't sleep entire night, I shifted to anothet room with a split bed and the lady mgr were really rude and arrogant, guys pls do not choose this hotel.“
