Very Poor Breakfast
“Let me be honest, room and reception staff were really good. But Breakfast had only variety Upma and Aloo paratha both were in very bad taste and over spicy probably it was spicy so that no 1 eats much. However in any south Indian hotel Idly, vada and Dosa are basic breakfast which was not served. A“ lso tea and coffee was over. when i asked for same the staff was rude and said its over mind breakfast time is 7-10am and at 8.05 AM breakfast is over. Very poor no value for money as paid really high considering good breakfast there other hotels without break at much lower price.

Value for Money
“Just stayed there for a night. The restaurant was v small so I didn't expect much from it, but to my surprise even though there was no variety whatever they served was top notch and delicious.Kudos to the cook. It is close to Bannerghatta National Park(1/2 hr) and the rooms were clean and spacious f“ or 2 adults and a child. The only drawback is they don't have enough parking space for 4 wheelers(only 1 or 2) and almost every one are north indians who are unaware of the city(not much of an issue but can have atleast 1 or 2 local people who knew the city). Ideal hotel for business men and would recommend this hotel to everyone who would like to visit Bannerghatta National Park. Thumbs up to Treebo

Comfortable Stay. No Fuss
“Stayed with wife and kids for 5 nights.
Things I liked about this place:
1. Good layout of room. You are staying in a 1BHK house.
2. Staff courteous
3. Complimentary breakfast gets delivered to your room.
4. There is 4 wheeler parking available.
Things I didn't like:
1. Electrical wall outlets “ need serious repair.
2. We ran out of water in the bathroom. Called reception and they turned on the water pump.

“Nice and clean place for family stay. 1st night was bit noisy at level 4 as 2 or 3 couples tried to share single room night time (looks like they overstayed) and hotel staff were trying to push them to pay for separate room and follow the hotel rules. No issues after they left and 2nd day was nice a“ nd peaceful. Breakfast in morning was really good and I thoroughly enjoyed. Location is excellent as this place is next to D Mart and slightly off main road so is nice and quiet. Staff was very cordial.

“I have stayed in this hotel for couple of days. Got a very well maintained , clean and spacious room at throw away price . Staff is well mannered and the room service is prompt and efficient. The best part is the location, it is centrally located (very close to Mantri Square Mall and Bangalore Palac“ e) and easily accessible from all parts of Bangalore, yet withdrawn in a quite green location. The check in was quick and I founded a straight bus from the airport to the hotel, I think it is a good idea if the hotel say that to their guests. David Samuel - My Family tour
“We requested for early check-in but wasn't considered. When given room we weren't informed as to where to find water since the bottle water we had was over. The rest of the night we were in thirst. For a family you should provide one double cot, but ours were two single cot. So little inconvenient.“ The breakfast was good and the waiter in the dinning hall was very friendly. Rest of the things were so good. Parking facility was so nice. Location was good.

“All were great. Except AC above head in bed. To be repositioned. Breakfast could be more better. Filter coffee should be offered. 24 hours check out suggested.Tooth brush, paste, throw away shaving set to be provided.“

Treebo is definitely redefining the affordable hotels experience
“Treebo is definitely redefining the affordable hotels experience. Affordable price and Good quality room. Breakfast food taste was good and staff at restaurant were friendly. There are other shops and restaurants at walkable distance.
Cons: Missed providing bathroom towels, cleaning room and water“ bottle. In restaurant also, the dish cups require proper cleaning

“I booked double room for 3 days, rooms are spacious and clean.The surrounding is calm and quite. The staff are very good and polite. The breakfast is simple, could have provided more options. The overall experience is good. The parking space is spacious.“

Great food service for a hotel in this category
“Had no choice but to book this hotel when my parents decided to pay a visit onon me (I live in a hostel), so never expected anything special but the experience was outstanding. We found the entire staff (esp. Guest Manager Mr. Ratish Mohan) very courteous and going out of their way to help us enjoy “ the stay. We tried many food options they offer on-site and found the food quality great.

It’s not a hotel it’s a studio apartment wherein u get nothing except rooms. I even need to pay for water for daily use

Disappointed
“Very disappointed. I’ve stayed in the same hotel earlier also but service has deteriorated very badly. Service needs to be improved otherwise I’ll never stay in this hotel and may not consider Treebo hotels for other places also.“

Stay at Treebo
“I was with family and was staying in for about a week. Though the room was spacious, we did not get a double bed but instead two single beds joined together which is quite inconvenient to sleep on. At the time of booking, was not informed about the same. Their room amenities like geyzer, ac, Wifi wo“ rked fine. Where they lack is in their kitchen. They don't have proper cooks who can make decent South Indian breakfast and depend on cooks from other regions (West Bengal side). Even something as common in South India as filter coffee is not available out here.

“Good Hotel and neat and clean rooms. Staff is co-operative and most important is that Food is good. Only one confusion happen while i cam from Mysore to Banglore Bus Stand there is two places in Adress a Treebo place is Guthali and another near Bus Stand that is Uthali. Not value for money
“Location is good. But breakfast was not upto the mark. I asked for boiled eggs & the staff said that we don't have eggs. If they don't have eggs then why there was eggs to be order space in the breakfast area.
Rooms are clean but there is no dentle kit.“

“Decent for business trip, food service can be better though many good Zomato offers available. Staff is courteous and try to make it a comfortable stay. Location is gois and walkable from Ring road for easy commute - taxi/rickshaw just outside the gate.“

Stay at Treebo Akshaya Mayflower
“My stay at Treebo Akshaya Mayflower has been an average experience. i was pretty much excited initially as while doing the online booking, i was quite pleased with the pictures of the hotel.
However, when i reached on the mentioned date, at 1pm, even though the check-in time was 12 noon, my room wa“ s not ready, had to wait for 15 mins when it was expedited to get the room cleaned. even i asked for an upgrade, however, it was not provided.. when i checked into the room, i found the room was quite small and with a single bed. there was a little WC leakage, which was there.
Also, from the cleanliness perspective, the room was clean, however, there was no room cleaning done on the following day, which was very surprising and is not appreciated.

3 star rooms with 1 star service
“Rooms were decent - big and clean. Flush did not work. They failed to fix it so gave us another room. New room also had a similar problem. Breakfast was ok. Helpdesk dont hesitate to ask you proof of your marriage. This is kind of embarrassing.“

Mel's suites is good but not happy with treebo
“Well treebo is the only customer service provider which charges the tariff according to number of persons in one room.. anywhere else in the world it is 2 person with a 7 or 8 year old child is allowed in one room.. But in treebo though it is the same room the tariff which I payed is 1920inr For one“ person and for 2 person it is a different tariff ??That's the most idiotic thing which experienced in my lifetime.. I stayed all over the world .. nowhere it is like this... Also the most annoying thing is a senseless being from customer care argues with me for half hour stating in treebo the rule is like this so u have to oblige !! According to me this seem to be a crap.. you guys should learn from some international service providers .. first learn hospitality and the meaning of service !!

Pretty Ordinary
“Quite an impolite front office staff.. not even looking at the customer while speaking to them. Very few electrical plug points in the room. Most of these plug points were broken or non operational. I had to stay another day but chose to stay in a different hotel..“

Very bad experience!
“The hotel was shabby. There were mosquitoes in the room. The AC wasn't working. The wifi was very very slow and the electricity was going off and on. I will never book Treebo again. It was a very bad experience and the quality must be improved a lot. Photos on websites show that the hotel is excelle“ nt. On the contrary it is completely opposite.

“Food is worst. I ordered chicken biryani for lunch. Rice and chicken items are not even fresh. They delivered the food of previous day. Room is okay. But everything goes down when the food is not good.“

“Gyeser was not for 2 consecutive days. Ended up taking bath in cold water.
Wifi has daily limitations. Missed early morning conference calls
No basic amenities in the room. No glass in the room.
In total very bad experience.“

Terrible experience of stay

Very bad service..
“Staffs were not up-to d mark. Manager blindly charged 500 extra for 1 extra without validating d amount. Didn't even serve breakfast neither was a glass of juice provided when requested. Gave torn bed sheets n washroom was not clean as well. I requested a room on d top floor n even when it was empty“ , they denied. Manager wasn't cooperative as well. I think tree bo staffs should not be baised towards their guests.
