Great place for basic business visit
“Good, clean room, bathroom and bed.. But was expecting a bit more for the price. Good breakfast spread. Delicious and healthy. Get your own soap and shampoo if you need anything besides the bathing gel. WiFi wasn't too good for me.“

Front office service to be improved
“Front office executive was expressing his concerns on the discount offered online to his colleague in front of the guest which was an insult to the guest. despite confirming a specific time for check out, I was reminded twice before the agreed time which again was an insult.“

Breakfast is below average.
There is no kitchen. However there are many eating options on the street withing 200 m.
Small hotel, has only 20 rooms.
If you are going to wake up late in the morning, then let the reception know before hand, otherwise they send breakfast reminders to all ro“ oms.

Good rooms, but average service
“Standard and good rooms. But they don't full range of service offered in a business hotels. Like same day laundry service is not available, breakfast have very limited options. Staff behaviour too, inappropriate at times.“

Hostel like restrictions
“I was staying here for a day to carry out some paper work and meet a few close friends. The room was averagely good. A few drawbacks I did face. Firstly while checking in someone who seemed to be a manager was shouting at the receptionist quite aggressively. Although the issue was not something that“ involved me I feel this was not at all professional in front of guests or customers. Next it was quite absurd that a very basic amenity like toilet paper had to be “requested” for as per the reception. I believe the room was not house-kept before hand and the above was simply an instruction to cover up this mishap. There is no room service. For 3000 rupees a hotel room without room service is quite unreasonably expensive. Lastly and the most inconvenient restriction was that visitors are not allowed. I understand this is a safety measure but for guests like me who would need to meet a few people in such short time it was extremely uncomfortable as my guest who had arrived to meet me had to be asked to leave. Known visitors must be allowed especially on personal request. It did not feel like a hotel but more like hostel. I wish Treebo looks into these unnecessary restrictions and provide a better service next time.
