Not a good experience
“Cupboard was not there in the room. Even Towels/ Napkins were not provided. No free drinking water provided.A room should have an Cupboard to keep personal belongings/ baggage etc. At least one bottle of water should be given free/ complimentary. Towels/ napkins are essentials for the bathroom. Only“ clean and well decorated room is not enough at this price.

DIsappointed
“We actually booked Treebo Trend Swiss. 3 days before our booking date I received a call from Treebo, telling me that our room isn't available, but he can rebook us into Treebo Trend Nysha Palace, which is behind Trend Swiss. I was told that Nysha Palace is the same level as Trend Swiss, so I agr“ eed to change the booking to Nysha Palace.
Arriving at 10pm from the airport in our hotel room we were quite disgust with what we saw. Not only were dirty spots on the sheets, also lots of dead mosquitos were laying around on the floor, such as room service hasn't been in there for a while. This suggestion was confirmed by open instant coffee packets, which havn't been replaced.
As we where suspicious about the whole incident, we went to the originally booked hotel Treebo Trend Swiss and had to find out that this was just a big construction work. The pictures of the hotel facade on booking.com are from the opposite building.
We are extremely disappointed about the way we were deceived, and I don't think, I will ever book a Treebo Hotel again, eventhough I have made very good experiences with the one in Puducherry!

Bad Experience
“Hotel was not clean at all.
Linens and carpets very extremely dirty.
Staffs are not trained and as they are limited in numbers they get frustrated with cleanliness requests.
Food Quality is not good too.
Overall a bad experience.“

Nowhere on Treebo standards
“I am a self proclaimed Treebo Loyal !
When they were a young start up, they and interesting policies like Treebo Insider, very strongly worded promises on customer friendliness.
With growth, the interesting part waned, but their services continued. So if you wanted a courteous hotel with clean roo“ ms and hygiene in furnishing , unlimited wifi when you travel and wake up assured of a breakfast without any additional pennies, it was Treebo always.
No more now ! My recent experience with Nysha palace broke trust on all accords.
Dirty ( very dirty) floor, dingy rooms, unclean sheets, stiff towels...you name it.
And when I called up Treebo helpline, I was told that I will surely be helped with the extras I wanted !!!
I didnt see the customer care was trained for the mission statement of Treebo!
Disappointed !

Treebo Trend Nysha Palace - Horrible & Stinking place
“They are least bothered about customer service. Planned to accommodate different hotel which is worst than their hotel. So much of arrogance, no basic service in the room. They did not even place the towel in restroom. Stinking rooms with bad quality bed sheets, list goes on.
Food sucks, no plac“ e for restaurant.
