“Front desk people are very much supportive. Smooth check in and check outs. Only problem with them is breakfast and room service. Since they are not having their own restaurant. They are calling it from outside, it takes much of your time.“
“The service was prompt. Even though I checked- in late in the night, the front- office staff were ready for my arrival. The location is very much accessible but away from the hustle- and- bustle of Kolkata. The breakfast was very good. The best thing I liked about the hotel was its polite and ever- “ helpful staff.
I would like the hotel to provide the following:
(a) A clothes hanger (string) for drying the wet clothes in the bathroom/ washroom.
(b) Some more clothe- hangers in the cupboard (there were only three).
“Very Well located. Clean & spacious rooms. Good vegetarian Breakfast. Polite & helpful staff. Stayed for three nights with the family. Had a very peaceful stay. Paid by credit card. Bill was sent to me by email.“
“Clean rooms, tasty vegetarian food, helpful and courteous staff. we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is centrally located so commuting to other places was not an issue. All our issues were addressed promptly.“
