“Bed sheets were torn and not washed, the bathroom was full on bugs and insects and extremely dirty and nothing like the pictures, the bathroom lock wasn't working. I paid for an AC room and it didn't work and the hotel didn't even bother to acknowledge it or inform us. The food served fo“ r breakfast and snacks were not good as well. Disappointed.

Above all, the staff was friendly, accommodating, and ever ready to assist. Perfect location for a family getaway!“
