“Speed of s ervice in the hotel requires improvement. Breakfast should be buffet . Breakfast in room that too in selective menu is very uncomfortable. Hotel staff were very courteous and cooperative. Thanx“
“Although it was only a brief trip, I had a quite pleasant stay at Treebo. The staff was incredibly attentive and most importantly, the room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Will stay again next visit to Mumbai“
“In Room wifi not working in Mobile phone and also wifi speed not good in laptop. Tissue box was not available in Room. Stuff cooperation is good. Room is specious and clean. Bathroom is clean and big. Hot water available which is good“
“You can get better deals than this hotel, for the price I paid. Food is too expensive....better to buy it from outside. Ok to stay for a day or two, but will not recommend for families.
Location is good, but no good eating joints nearby.“
“Was traveling for work and found the location to be very convenient. Staff is very helpful as well. The place is definitely value for the money. Having Only Parathas in the same building is also very convenient.“
“A very average property in a prime location- this is just a bed and breakfast property for business travellers like me. The room is very small and there is hardly any space to move around. The window AC makes a lot of noise. Bathroom is also too small with average toiletries. The towel and bed linen“ too are average in terms of cleanliness. Breakfast is also average with a poor choice of dishes. Dinner can be ordered from the Just Parathas hotel in the same building complex (Very good food but expensive) Overall, this is a highly priced hotel for the services and cleanliness they provide. Can stay here if there is no other option in Mumbai.
“I had an emergency so I checked out 1 day before booked checkout date. The hotel people said that I will get a refund but no response till now. I was told I can go home and I don't have to worry about the refund.“
“My first experience with Treebo was in Chandigarh & that really blew my mind away. I tried them again in Mumbai & it was a big let down. The toilet had a stench & the seat was broken.
The room in itself was less than basic though it had 3 beds“
