COMFORTABLE STAY
“One the way to Mussoorie, we had a night stay at this hotel. It's at one of the best location at Dehradun. It was a comfortable stay. big rooms , cleanliness and courteous staff fascinated me. Food is was excellent and restaurant decor is adorable.“

One of the best hotel & staff- excellent
“I have stayed this hotel for 4 days & from first day , we were impressed by politeness & promptness of the staff and services. Rooms are bigger & clean with all basic facilities. Location is also very good as many restaurants are near by. Morning breakfast is very fresh and well served. “ Items are less but I enjoyed their hospitality . Awesome experience of daheradun. I will surely come this hotel if I am in Dehradun. Great and satisfactory experience!

“The staff was really friendly and amazing.
The rooms were fabulous and well maintained taking into consideration of the age of the property.
The location is great and we got everything closeby (Shopping, food, theater, mall and more) and it is located at the main road. The hotel also got a party hal“ l and a backyard which is a plus point. the balcony was the greatest advantage which even the big hotels wouldn't provide. its got 24 hours hot water as well as 24 hours heating for the room.

“Rooms needs to br upgraded totally as per the price is being charged. Bathroom quality needs to scaled up from poor to good. Soap dispensers were there instead of lose toiletries that too were of poor quality. Breakfast was very disappointing specially the chef was very rude and I'll mannered. Poor even for regular customers
“I have been visiting this hotel since 2013-14. At starting all the staffs were well behaved but once i became regular customer of them, they find a strange misunderstanding tht i ll always stay there whenever i visit them.
They strated charging more nd with zero facilities.. Even water bottle need “ to b asked.. They dont even serve u the complementary tea that too u need to ask.. Even if u gets up late u might miss ur complemtry breakfast too.. As 10am is last.. If u ask ur complmntry brkfst to ur room they ll ask for Rs 350 per person.. 11am check out means 11 am.. Doesn't matter u r regular customer or not.. Air conditioner will not work after u asleep.. Nd for all this lovly facilities they will charge u 4100.. Its a huge amount.. Isn't it??

Cheap property
“Best to avoid this place. Booked it online on the counter as the receptionist wouldn't give that price himself. No issues. We were traveling with our son aged 11 but he insisted that they accept only till 8 though makemytrip allows children age till 12. So that was an unacceptable addition. The“ room was in a dilapidated state, not the deluxe one booked. The tea kit had only two tea bags and when we asked for another it was for charge !! The Dal ordered for dinner was terrible - soupy and bland. The room was along the highway and noisy. Breakfast was frugal and not tasty. Overall negative attitude of the management.
