“Had a terrible time during check in. Agoda had canceled my reservation without my knowledge. When I reached the hotel late in the night, I was told there was no reservation. Mr Nitesh Chaudhary From Treebo first said he will match the price and give me the same reservation but then in few minutes he“ said he can not do that. I carried no credit card with me, only cash but he said I had to use a card. The price was higher by about 15%- I managed to get a relative to use his card. But the point is- to make few extra bucks for Treebo, I was given a run around and my safety was in jeopardy, at that time of the night. That is a bad teflection on Treebo. Another thing/Poor wireless! Extremely slow and practically useless in most instances. You have to keep calling the reception desk for a new password since the old one does not work after few uses. Could not get any office work done! Staff was OK otherwise. Breakfast was fair. Bed linens looked washed but had many stainns on them.
