“Stay in room for comfortable. Hotel is situated in the heart of the city. i only want the improvement in the room is that you should fit hand shower in commode seat. After a long time i found it absent in a hotel room.“

Booking Issue/Room Allotment
“Each time i am not allotted the room shown to me on the site. They try and push me in a dingy room without windows. In future room number should be informed immediately when the booking is done by the customer. Last stay on the 13-14 i was pushed in a dingy room. Rooms that are displayed while booki“ ng have windows opening either to the main front door or the back lane, but when i check in the hotel they tell me that this is the only room left.....the dingy one. During my stay on 21-22 they again allotted me a dingy room and after my persuasion i was given a room that should have been given to me at the first instance.

Hygiene
“Bathroom was not properly cleaned...and there was cockroaches in the bathroom...it was very unhygienic....kindly work on the cleaning of bathroom specially...bed sheet and quilt were not clean and there should be focus on proper hygiene of the visitors“

Location is Exilent but Hygiene issue, cleaning is not done on timely and room is very congested
“Need to improve hygiene and service is good, and room is very congested, location is Excellent and Amenities are good, in this area lots of restaurants are there, transportation is good and most important things there is walking track is available near the road“
