“The Hotel is located in a central location i.e Lakdikapul from where transportation is easily accessible. Check-in was smooth. 1. Room was so-so. Definitely not upto the mark for a 3 star hotel and the price. Bed was horrible and too springy and tv unit was old and in poor condition.2.Service from r“ eception desk was very bad. I called reception twice and once informed in person to change the batteries for tv remote, but it was not done. Duty manager was kind of arrogant.3. The rooms are not noise proof specially the ones near the lift. Couldn't sleep due to constant noise from lift and lobby. The room door did not fit snugly to the panel and hence the noise.4. Room cleaning service was good.5. complimentary breakfast was very average and mostly 2-3 south Indian items. The hotel should take a note of this as most of the customers are non-locals.6. Different check-in and check-out as well as services for customers who booked online via Treebo,Yatra etc. and those who booked directly at the hotel.

Very bad experience
“Cleanliness is very poor...toilets are dirty..bed laundries are not clean.Cups glasses provided in room is dirty from inside.
Overall cleanliness and maintenence is very poor. Toilets seats are broken.discovered nail..hair on laundry sheets arranged in bed.wooden floor near toilets corners are.bla“ ck due to lack of cleaning. Found small insects in the cracks near toilets.All these are happening due to poor maintenence.
There is no management inspection or review of room quality otherwise these all lags will not be happened from their side.

“We went as a family and stayed . It was very good .Rooms were clean , the staff was very cordial and responded immediately to our calls, if any. “The stay at Treebo was not as great as I expected it to be. Firstly there was no bell boy, who could help us with carrying our luggage to our rooms. The bed spread in the rooms were stained and not up to the mark.Though the staff at Wood Bridge were friendly and approachable, the quality of service “ was poor.The closet in one of the rooms we stayed in was fragile and broke even before using. The corridors were not cleaned well and did not have a pleasant smell as we entered.

“Poor room service. I visited in Jan 2018. This property was newly acquired by Treebo. Hence there were poor coordination between internal departments like F&B, room service.
During check-in there was no senior manager for welcoming or hospitality. Checkin is the most crucial time. There was some“ support guy at reception.
