Reviews for Hotels near Andheri Metro Station,Mumbai
“Your business model must be all about being friendly and customer comes first & what not.
But the whole approach was not the same.
I could've booked a JW marriot, Taj or a Novotel. I didn't because a friend recommended me Treebo.
I had come to Mumbai after 5 years of being abroad to me“ et my friends, my inlaws & my family. The fact that nobody is allowed in the room after 10 PM is stupid & downright disgraceful.
My fiance was with me most of the time & everyone in the reception kept calling her madam & treated her in a very disrespectful way. I was having anxiety issues & the stay over there felt like mental torture.
Also the General Manager? Mr. Mukesh? Learn to be a human & talk like one.
The rooms? Had to change them twice because of bed bugs.
This hotel sucks. Would never book or recommend.
“Staff was great. Room is basic but has a fantastic sea view. Menu is varied and good and the food is really tasty. Room service is available until 5am for convenience. I will definitely stay here again.“
“The hotel is a small one and located on a very busy street. But don't let the location and size fool you. It is one of the best Treebo properties that I have stayed in. Rooms are good and really clean. This property is worth the money.“
“In the heart of the city, near the sea, treebo is a hidden gem. Our guest enjoyed the stay and the hospitality. It is near to Juhu, and the airport hence the location is easily accesible. It looks amazing!“
