Good stay
“Hotel stay was good. First day room No. 105 is too small for a couple and also without fresh light. Next day Hotel management gave a room on third floor 305 which was really spacious and airy and had fresh light, overlooking the Park CIrcus garden. Clean, good value place
“Arrived in Kolkata at 3am and booked into this place thinking it was near town. In fact it's 20-30 minutes from the city centre. But it's good value, at about $30 per night - with kettle +tea/coffee. Not sure if the shower has hot water. I waited for the water to get hot and gave up. The sta“ ff were very friendly and helpful. Only downside was I arrived at 4am and they still wouldn't let me check out late (11am is an early checkout time), so after being persuaded to get up in time for breakfast (8-10am) I only had a short sleep.

“Hotel is at peaceful location. Staff is good. breakfast was ok. We took standard room. Room was dark. lack of sufficient light. In my room if you open window other people can see inside. Prime location, well-behaved and helpful staff, great food
“The best thing about this hotel is its location (close to Ruby Hospital and Acropolis Mall). However, its closeness to the main thoroughfare does not make it unpleasant or noisy for the guests. In fact, the hotel offers an almost impossible combination of accessibility and tranquility at once, which“ is amazing. The staff members are all very efficient, courteous and supportive, and the food is great, so is the decor. The only complaint I can make is that the wifi was not working during my stay, which was a letdown. Also, some repair work was probably going on, so it was a bit noisy even within the room, but thankfully it was intermittent and for a short span of time.

Stay at Treebo Green View, Kolkata
“This is a good hotel. However, the senior management must be blamed for choosing a busy time (between Christmas and New Year) to do refurbishments to the hotel. This led to constant pounding starting around 8.30 AM and reverberating throughout the hotel.(We were sleeping late as it was a festive sea“ son). The receptionist tried to help by postponing it to 11AM.
Otherwise, the staff were helpful and courteous. Daily newspaper, breakfast and mineral water were provided together with change of towels. Inexpensive laundry services and food were available. Check-in was quick. Location is great and excellent value for money.After refurbishment work is completed, would definitely recommend this hotel.

Smelly rooms and bad service
“The initial booking i had done with Treebo was cancelled by the hotel and i was redirected to this hotel saying this was the best one Treebo had in Kolkata. The reception guy was unfriendly, restaurant was bad. We went inside the room and were greeted by pungent smell, nothing was working, bed was d“ irty. Overall a very bad experience. Would recommend you to avoid the place. The only guy who was friendly was the security. Shudder to think how the other Treebo hotels would be if this is the best one they have in Kolkata. Overpriced as well. To think we payed 3k for this dirty room.

“Staff are not coperative what ever we are requesting they have very rough reply and not cooperative in nature which make my stay terrible
I have check in the hotel early morning i have requested in the reception that i will take my complimentry break fast on the same day as next day i have to leave“ early morning but the staff are not coperative and told me that dusre guest ka khana kam padh jayega so let me tell you that first check your breakfast menu woh to bakwas tha thi aur ek guest ke khalene se itni badi hotel ka khana kam padjayega very disapponting and in future i never never stay in treebo hotel
