“I would like to express my honest opinion regarding this hotel. I stayed for a single night and it was really a wonderful experience.
The staffs were very cordial and did their job with affability.
Would love to stay here again in future, if possible.
“Good furnishing and lighting. Good staff behaviour. Good Breakfast. Cleanliness of bathrooms could be developed. Location was a bit difficult to find. Amenities are at par with any 3 star hotel at affordable prices.“
“The Place of the Hotel is near by Airport and can be reached within 20 minutes to Hotel. All type Transport facilities accessible. Food of the Hotel were good and Hygienic. Staff of the Hotel are helpful.“
“We are cycling around the world. We spent 4 nights at treebo in Calcutta. The staff was simply amazing, friendly and incredibly helpful. The room was very clean with comfortable bed. Our best hotel in India.“
“It was stay in a good hotel. Although don't have the restaurant facility all other facility including staff behavior is remarkable. I shall stay there in my future travel. I stayed with my family. It's family friendly also.“
“1.Comlimentary Brakefast is for name shake only, small size 3 cold pooris (no other options) with little potato sabji
2.only 1 ltr water bottle for drinking per room/day (any no. guest) after that pay and drink. Even normal water is not given after that.
3. Its basically guest house not hotel, lack“ s professionalism. I was told on chek in that three1 ltr water bottles will be given per day ( we were 3 guest) on fourth day of our stay thay told me that hotel policy has changed and now only 1 ltr water will be given/ day. Surprising how booking conditions can be changed during stay.
4. One has to take auto rickshaw (10 - 15 min) to metro Stn. readily available near hotel and them metro train 5-6 stations to reach park street where most of the tourist places are located. About minimum 40 min will go one side in traveling costing Rs 30 per person one side.
5. Biggest problem is with food, since guest house dosen’t have restaurant and even kitchen all meals has to be taken at out side eating points that are literally not available in that area. One can order through guest house and get food delivered in room but thay will take 45- 60 min after ordering. So getting dinner in peacefull manner is tough.
6 Room is clean and size is good, they offered room with 1 single bed and 1 king size double bed for 3 guest, as I have booked 1 room for 3 guests.
7 It is located in pure typical residential area. Actually Tulsi dham where guest house is located is peaceful residential society.
“Over all look wise the room & hygeine, cleanliness is maintained well, neighbourhood is also vibrant.
But staff are not helpful or polite at reception. Completely veg restaurant which is not mentioned anywhere. Check-in takes huge time, we kept sitting and nobody paid any heed to it, after much “ insisting they checked us in and that too in a room in which the geyser was not working! The room service number also does not work.
“Staff was not cordial in attending our requirement. Bathroom curtain requires replacement. If above mentioned points are ignored, then it can be termed as an average stay. Quality and condition of the room was good, otherwise.“
