“I had booked a room for family and it was an awesome experience. Treebo upgraded my stay from oak to Maple free of cost. The rooms were neat and tidy and spacious as well. Breakfast had Indian options including poori which surprised me. I did not like the food at Treebo south south avenue which is a“ nother hotel near by and also from Treebo.

Clean place and closer to Promenade Beach
“We booked a deluxe room for 2 adults and 1 child for three 3 nights and 2 days. On the plus side, the room and the entire hotel was very clean, the hotel staff were very helpful and supportive. “We stayed at the hotel on January 2 and 3, 2018 with my family. The hotel is situated in front of the Pondicherry Railway Station and quite a few local attractions, like rock beach, Basilica Church, Aurobindo Asharam, French Colony are at walking distance. Though Auroville is about 12 Kms away. For“ this reason, the location can be regarded as good. Though it is situated at a very busy and noisy street, which is not something everyone likes. The room and washroom was neat and tidy. There was an electric tea kettle in the room with some te, sugar and coffee pouches, though they were not very generous with the same. The downside of the place was its room service which was pathetic to say the least. For example I called reception on 9 pm on January 3 for two bottles of normal water. The water did not come till 9.40 pm and then I called again. But it never came. In the next morning I had to call again and it was finally sent. There is a restaurant in the hotel but we found food and service there not up to the mark. So we only at once there. The complimentary breakfast was good though.

“The staff were an amazingly delightful experience. They were very highly pleasant and professional and made us feel every bit at home and ease. The restaurant too was a delightful experience in terms of the food quality, spread, and service.
However, South Avenue could do better in terms of its inf“ rastructure. There was a very strong damp smell inside the room. The wardrobes, the main door, and furniture looked moist with white patches. The AC wasn't working well and there was water dripping across the floor from the vents. The TV too was difficult.

“I went with my family. I wanted to spend quality time with them. The room that we stayed supported my needs and was a double bedded and 2 single bedded room. It made my stay so much more memorable . Staff were really cooperative and quick in everything which was a major plus point , my only recomme“ ndation would be that there should be a mini bar and room service which could enhance our stay and make it more joyful. “Very disappointed with my stay at this hotel
1. Shower was non functional and when the maintenance guy came and checked, was told that it will need replacement and will take 24 hours to get it done while our stay was only for 1 night hence of no use.
2. We are from North India and wanted to watch “ Hindi channels which were not available and was told that the hotel dies not subscribe to those channels
3. Ordered Breezer from the Hotel, when served found it flat and with no fizz and taste. On checking the manufacturing date came to know that the same iwas manufactured in July 18 and also seems that it was stored with some chemicals as foul smell was emanating

“We loved the place for its location, the Promenade is 5 minutes away on foot, and all other popular tourist spots are within a km. The rooms were clean, simple and are spacious for three people. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful.
The roof restaurant has a lovely Mediterranean feel, but “ serves only South India breakfast and is shut the rest of the time. However, there are a number of eateries around, so food really isn't a problem.
A good budget place at an ideal location!

We planned to visit, so booked at treebo near 3days, some youngsters maintain this propriety. breakfast, room, maintenance, room service all are best. So we exten our plan 2days more, really its best trip.
The guy name is Siva. He do well.
But only one thing is bed. Its only very hard, so we dnt“ enjoy peaceful sleep.

“We had booked two rooms and they gave us one bigger room for the same price. The rooms are not great .There was no hot water . The tv and phone were difficult to work with. WIFI quality was good.There is no dedicated car park as claimed on the website. You need to park in the railway station complex“ a little bit away. The hotel is centrally located but distance is not a great issue in Pondicherry. Not too many vegetarian choices on the menu.

Good budget stay in White Town
“Firstly, the check-in process was delayed by a whole 40 minutes because of a shortage of staff to clean the rooms. The rooms and bathroom were clean enough. The complimentary breakfast is excellent and there is enough garage space to park your car in case you have one.

“I stayed there for 2 days with my friend during pooja holidays. We booked at the last minute hence the price was 2500 which is totally unworthy. Very small room with no ventilation, dint even have a phone inside, breakfast was not good. Its good if you get it for 1000 else there're other places “ better than this.

“For a room with 4 people occupancy. 2 dip tea bags, 1 coffee small pouch & 1 milk sachet was provided on daily basis. Bed linen were the same for all 4 days nothing was. Changed. “After paying 33K on the whole. There wasn't a lift nor a room service for tea at this hotel. Totally disappointed. Sheer disappointment.
“I booked a room via bookings.com and selected this particular property due its location and availability of parking space. However upon reaching the property, the staff asked me to park my car in a railway station opposite to the property without taking any liability/guarantee. There were bed bugs in the room which was allotted for us (room no 202) though it was a premium room
“We had been to this hotel regularly but last time was the worst as we were bitten by bed bugs with few crawling over us and on the photo frames which were hung beside. Our peace of mind was gone though we booked a premium room. Worst experience ever
“Water Leakage through the A/C whole night made the pool of the room. My laptop's hard-disk got damaged due to water. Not at all helpful staff. Poor quality DTH connection for the TV. No use of that TV. I have to ask the receptionist several times to fix the leakage or atleast get the room cleane“ d up but I had to wait for an hour to get any response.

“I would like to inform you that we are extremely displaeased with the service provided at your hotel.
1. We were asked to wait for half hour when we tried to check-in at 12 and then asked to check-in into one room and wait for another 1.5 hours till they alloted the next two rooms to us.
2. They w“ ere no towels, toothpaste or toothbrush.
3. The glasses provided were not clean and reeked of a stinky smell.
I feel you were not upto the mark provided and I feel your services need to be improved. If you are unable to improve I would request you to stop promising for good rooms
