Great stay
“Property was good, staff were cordial and helpful. Location is quite scenic. Enjoyed our stay. Food was good in the restaurant. Feedback to management would be to dim the lights in the corridor at nights as the room curtains overlooking the corridor do not fully filter out light“

location is good, power failure is an issue.
“located on badrinath road near tapovan police substation. laksmanjhula is around 1 km down the hill from here. parking area is small and remains conjested. The rooms are good, food is okey , like average. Staff and people are polite though.Consistent power failure is an issue. 3 cash points nearby.“

I recommend lily
“It's a good hotel to stay.. Staff is nice, accessible location, neat and clean rooms. They have to work on their food a bit, food was not bad but it can be more better. Breakfast timing must be from 8-11 instead of 8-10 and they must allow us to take our breakfast into our rooms.. Thank you“

Average experience...
“Me and my boyfriend stayed at the Lily in rishikesh for one night on our trip back from Himalayas to Delhi. It took us quite a few hours to book this hotel on the phone and then via the app. Very slow service. Once we reached rishikesh we also needed to wait extra time to get our booking confirmed an“ d about 40 minutes to finally get into our room.Even though it is located in a very central area of rishikesh, where you can reach the Lakhsman Jhula in 10 minutes walk, and many places to eat and refresh, the hotel that claims a western comfort is really not how I expected. We were given a room which had several problems: the WiFi didn’t work, the toilet had a flush problem and we waited forever before being moved to a different room for the price we had payed. It was a 2000 rupees room (£24), which, in India, is quite a lot of money as well as in rishikesh, if you consider that you can easily find solutions for less than a 1000.Our final room was spacious enough and clean. It also had a balcony, but the toilet was terrible. You had to wait 10 minutes Woth water flowing and going to waste, before getting hot water and the toilet smelled really bad when the fan was on. The water pressure was poor and surely it wasn’t a relaxing shower. The smell was coming from outside, or something was wrong with the fan. You really couldn’t be in the toilet with that smell. The hotel was incredibly noisy in the morning. Slamming door, noisy customers who hadn’t apparently been told that they needed to stay silent in respect of other customers. Really an average structure. Better than an ashram in terms of facilities, but I would be in an ashram for the peace than going back here.It was a shame because I had picked it among hundreds of other hotels on the Internet and I definetly had other expectations.
