Review for Treebo Vijaya Residency
Yet to be grown
“I was at treebo vijaya for almost 5 days. First thing is the location. I was not aware that industrial area is away from the city side. Especially as treebo vijaya doesn't have the food service of it's own, being away from the city side was difficult. It should have it's own food service“ . The person at the reception Mr.Nayak, I think was really good and gave some menu of hotel delivery restaurants. But all those where fast food restaurants and we didn't wanted it. Swiggy and food pands doesn't work there, then I found something called as foodzone through which I ordered food for the rest of the days. The rooms where neat and clean with good facilities. But the staff empathy is not good enough, and I didn't feel professionalism in their service. First day when asked for water, they delivered a mineral water bottle which I found was opened already. When asked for the same, I was given a reply that because mineral water bottle is not available then they took a bottle and filled and gave it to us which was very inappropriate to do. They apologized for that later. Altogether I will say, it was an average stay, not a wow experience. You could improve on the service by the employers Also the plates in which complimentary breakfast was given were dirty. That has to be changed. It was the same through out. Also there is no proactiveness about changing the towels or cleaning the room...once we ask they do it, we have to mention multiple times. It was not bad, but it was average, the best thing was the was good.

“Cleanliness is not regular. No linen replacement in my 03 days stay even after advising. No replacement of Drinking water bottle and other consumables. Rooms should be cleaned with regular intervals on daily basis without asking and all consumables are to be replaced timely.“
