Dampened rooms with pleasant view
“The rooms given to us were quite big and clean yet they smelled of dampness and had all rain drenched patches all over the walls. They didn't even provide us with the room keys moreover one of the room's main door didn't even got closed properly. It felt like including us the spiders wer“ e also the guests of the hotel. Wasn't it was the courteousness and flexibility of the staff in terms of food and politeness, this stay was on the verge of becoming a bad memory. Apart for little things like missing bathroom amenities and very warm quilts, the place had a nice view, good food and spacious rooms.

Not value for money
“The amount we paid was 10,000 for two rooms, two night stay. The location of the hotel was not good.Cabs arranged by hotel staff two costly. Food was okay. Rooms were in pathetic condition. Needed white wash. No hill view from one of the rooms. Bathrooms were too small. hotel staff was very friend“ ly and prompt in service, especially Sooraj. The hotel was not at all at par than what we had expected. In fact, we regretted booking this hotel from where the view was not at all good especially in summer, Central Kasauli is much better place than Mashobra where this hotel is located.

Overall good experience
“We were three couples & spent one night at this hotel. I would say it was value for money, the view from the balcony is awesome. Nothing to complain if you see the tarrif plan. The bed sheets or the towels may not be the best but it's not a star hotel. Food was simple yet tasty. Manager Mr T“ hakur is very helpful & arranged for local taxi. Will stay again with them if we come back one day. Very peaceful night & clouds literally in the room. Loved the place.

Good comfortable stay
“Hotel location, parking, reception staff, kitchen staff were very good. Their chef is good and cooks very good north indian food though the variety is less but that's of no concern. The minor hunches were the shaky beds in the room with extremely soft mattresses and no english movie channels on “ TV. Overall good experience.

“A cozy hotel with a great view. Enjoyed the service and stay. Close to baba balaknath temple and a good place to rest and relax whilst your visit there. The view of the valley is spectacular. The reception table is worth a mention too!“

Slow water in bathroom. No amenities. Cleanliness must be improved. Need to improve food and service.
“Room maintenance was average. No A. C. In ROYAL SUITES. Atleast few indoor games like carrom, table tennis, chess and playing cards are required not expensive also. Towel quality not good. Staff’s behavior was good. Receptionist was quite cooperative.“

Below average experience at this price
“The location was not good enough. There was no restaurant in hotel. The amenities were poor. The room had no view at all despite being a hill station. The bed was not enough for me as I'm 6.1 tall. Bathroom accessories were not up to the mark. No dental kit, half bathing kit that too of average “ quality. Bathroom was very tiny.
