“I so far have completed almost 90 days of stay here and I must say that, its the best in terms of staff behavior and cleanliness. The front desk supervisor, Senapathy and the security cum room boy Thatharao are my best buddies. One area where it needs improvement is with regards to supply of drink“ ing water. I suggest, they probably could keep a drinking water can on each floor, so that, the guests could refill their own bottles. Overall, I'm a happy guests for many reasons and the wholesome break-fast is one among it. Highly recommended for safe and secure stay :)

It's not wrong hotel,but timings are not reasonable
“We occupied at 8pm.but closing time is next 11am.
The reception is good,but at the time of checking out,the staff forced me to give good feedback in the Tab.
The rooms are quite good,though plinth area is smaller compared to hotel Ailapuram where we generally check in.

“I have book the hotel for my business trip for ONE day and the check-in time will be 12Noon, I had come to hotel around 12.15, but the room is not ready and I have waited till 1.00Pm to get my room key.
Later I check in the room, and i went for shower ( but no towel), next day morning 7.30Am I check“ out the room and till 7.30 breakfast is not ready/ even no tea or coffee, the hotel staff told the breakfast will be ready by 8.30Am , I feel this is too much

Good, but needs improvement
“Good price for room. Toilet was clean, AC was working. Hot water was available. Complimentary tea & coffee sachets with kettle, and 2 small water bottles were kept in room (king bed).
I have decreased 1 star because the toilet seat was loose, so it maybe difficult for old people to sit on (inca“ se they slip). The room was clean, but the housekeeping forgot to clean the fridge. Somebody before us had forgotten some biryani in it and when i opened the fridge to cool water bottles, it was stinking so bad, that the whole room smelt because of it. To make things worse the fridge was either unplugged or not cooling so the forgotten food item was rotting in the fridge. Otherwise check-in & check-out was easy and smooth. Elevator facility is available.

“I went there with family and spent time almost 8 hours. I had good experience. Service is also good. Breakfast is came from Sweet magic hotel, but that taste was very good. Little bit disappoint is no car parking there. I've parked my car outside.“

“Air conditioner was not worked properly. Mosquitos were flying and biting after having repellent also. Bathroom door closer was not working. Water was brownish. TV was not getting on. Lights in the rooms are not sufficient, After compliant also, not action taken. Breakfast quality is not upto mark.“ So lot of improvements to be done.

Not safe for women and family travellers.
“Stay was for 3D2N, Service was pathetic, ordered Tea at 4pm, and got the Tea at 6pm upon frequent follow-ups, hotel allows drinkers and they made lot of notice, fight and disturbed everyone stayed around. Location wise good, and value for spend. But Service and Strictness on drink and fight people. “ Even we informed the management, they reacted casually. Their reaction is who told you to stay here kind of expressions. I never recommend this hotel for safe stay.

Worst Service
“At time of booking, it seemed like a hotel with great service and we ended up booking 3 rooms for 2 night stay... but soon realized this was definitely a wrong choice !! Here are the reasons:
1. Below average service: Any request would take minimum of 3 calls and couple of hours to attend (be it tea“ , water, there was only shower and bucket is only provided on request!!! For shower, we would then expect to have shower cap atleast included in toiletries)
2. NO BREAKFAST (they say breakfast included and timings as 8-20.. we arrived at 9:15 and found idly without any chatni and only bhaji without puri!!! Not sure what they expected us to have for breakfast!!)
3. We have asked for an extra bed for 1 night and as always it was provided after hrs of pushing and we just received a below average bedding which was hardly 1 inch from ground (like only blanket and no bed) and to our surprise we were charged whooping 600 for just 1 night!
4. They provide only 1 key card and one of the family members misplaced it and asked for replacement.. even for this small service they charged us another 600/- bugs (can u believe it!!) we deserve at least 1 chance before being penalized please!!!
5. Last but NOT the least.. we complained to the high level authorities on the discomfort we experienced and reimbursement for these unacceptable charges - they took 48 hrs to get back and say THEY CANNOT HELP in any manner !!!!!
In the end, the lady who spoke says “look forward to hosting you again” ——
Treebo... this is the LAST time me or my family will ever visit and definitely we will make a point NOT to recommend to any of our colleagues too!
