“I had a wonderful stay at Trend Raj premier.
The management is polite and responsive.
The property is at prime location.
Clean and Hygiene rooms, overall the maintenance is impressive and extraordinary“
“Room and common areas were clean. Good beds and price. Room set up was 2 apartments next to each other, each with their own private bath, sharing a kitchen, living and dining area. AC worked, fan worked. Good closet space. You could use it as an extended stay but you may need to get your own kitchen“ plates and pots as there weren't any in the cabinets. But maybe they were available if you ask for them. My wife and I stayed there and we came and went together.
Negatives: 1) The wifi was only available in the lobby.
2) little bit of street noise up to 11 pm. Also early 6 am and Sundays with the church across the street.
Possible negative: the staff was all male. Nothing happened to make us feel uncomfortable but a single female might notice the lack of ladies on the staff.
“There is no hot water facility all the time and also no mirror in the room expecting more clean and hygiene extra charges on lunch and dinner as there are no good food hotels available near by treebo.“
