Reviews For Guwahati Hotels

Review for Treebo Grand Bhabendra Alay
Value for money
“It's like a secret hide out. Difficult to locate but once in you shall really like the rooms and it's cleanliness. Don't expect great services. People make sure you live the holiday mood. Take it easy. Restaurant is just about average. Keep it as the last resort in case you don't find food elsewhere“ . In case you do go, make sure you have both time and patience. They like to serve you fresh and hot. The food portion is less than what you would expect. Go for 1.5 times your normal assessment. Other than this, Dominos is right across plus Swiggy and Food Panda work great. Enjoy your stay. Overall a pleasant stay and a complete value for money. Would definitely be my choice again.

Worst Hotel
“Except near to the airport, nothing I can say good about this hotel. Though hotel is vegetarian, food taste is horrible and breakfast is even worst. If you book the hotel in a package, you will be treated like unwanted. Owner and staff are mean and money minded, you can ask beyond your package, even“ though promised items are bad you will be charged. Restaurant staff behaviour is very rude and uncultured. It is not at all good to stay beyond over night unless you are not having any options. If you are going with family it is advisable to avoid.

Very clean and pleasant.
“This was our last night in Assam it was about 10 klm from the airport but the room, bed, linen and bathroom were so clean and comfortable it was amazing; and to top it off when you pulled the curtains back there were palm trees and not a brick wall of the next building.“

Not worth it
“We wanted a night's stay to catch flight in the morning. Ordered dinner and it was not good. We found broken shower in morning so filled buckets from basin. Asked for fruit juice and chocos and guess what both were diluted. Location was good, no doubt.“

Recommend Treebo!!
“I know the hotel has all the facilities for qualifying to be under the 'Treebo' Brand, but they aren't able to cope up with that. I am blaming the hotel, and not Treebo in particular. Still, it's good and worth the money!!“

Review for Treebo Apollo
Treebo Apollo Guwahati
“Although Location was very convenient, Would rate this Hotel below average which is not suitable for couple travelling or female travellers on their own . The Bar and Restaurant right at the reception with general public access made the place bit shady even for one night stop-over. Also the staff a“ lthough appeared friendly seemed extremely rigid and non-cooperative to any fine adjustments like a late check-out or any special requests. Basically a very old hotel taken over by Treebo so rooms are like dungeons with ventilation or windows except an a/c and access to the rooms is also bit not so straight forward. The Breakfast is very poor/average with even frugal options because of their either /or approach (Either Fruit Juice or cut fruits). Even the cut fruits appeared stale. The MG Road is close by and so is the Alfresco Boat Cruise with the famous Kamakhya Temple at 7-8km from the place. so only if travelling alone for a short stay this place can be recommended. The local markets like Paltan Baazar or Fancy Baazar are nearby too. But overall would rate the hotel below average and lot can be improved. If you have a late evening flight or train one is really stuck with no place to go as they will check you out at 11AM.

Overnight stay
“The hotel was clean and staff were courteous and helpful. However a complimentary airport drop was expected as the facility is situated within half a kilo-meter of the airport. Instead a taxi was arranged which charged exorbitantly as well as including the parking fee at he airport making the amount“ similar to a drop from central Guwahati, which was not appreciated
