“Clean, Quite, when we checked-in we were told that hot water is available for 24/7 but actually it was not, on the evening when we plan to bath, we could not get hot water, we called room service they also released some chill water after keeping the knob on the hot water point. We loved the locat“ ion and good breakfast, further when we asked for extra bed it was given to us only by 10.45 pm till then we have to reminding the Reception on every 10 minutes, it seems less number of persons in the night shift These areas to be addressed by Hotel Authority. Tiny but efficient hotel
“This was a surprise package on a tiny scale. Low profile small hotel that was very aggressively under priced. Reached the hotel at 12:45 night and was not sure if reception would be manned - it was.
Very clean, well maintained rooms and common area. Breakfast was forgettable but hygenic. At this pr“ ice getting it at all was a surprise.
Latest digital lighting control (with remote), LED lights and latest roof mounted AC was great. Linen was crisp and clean. Location was not bad either. If one doesn't mind the slightly cramped room and bathroom, it easily works. Was apprehensive when it was booked by someone as being too low budget but it served its purpose.

“We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The room was spacious, 24-hour check-in and very good Indian breakfast. A special thanks to the staff - I forgot some earrings in the room and they came after me to give them back. Economical. Value for money
“Compared to other Hotels I have stayed in Hsr and Koramangla, Treebo White inn has been the best choice.
It's very clean, comfortable and in a very good location. I have stayed here for a month and been very comfortable. Deluxe (mapple) room is very nice.
Breakfast is not that good, it doesn“ 9;t have much variety and taste is also ok.

Good Rooms, Service Pathetic
“Forget that you would get any service timely. We stayed in the hotel for 10 days and not a day went without any service shortcoming.
For example, we had to call the reception and remind them to refill the tea/sugar/coffee, etc. We had to tell them for towel replacement. We had to TELL them after co“ ming from outside to clean the room.
After 10 PM, you won't get anything to eat cooked in hotel's kitchen. What kind of hotel do that? Okay, you can order food from outside, but once you put the stuff outside the room, it seems to be there forever and only when the stink in the hallway is reaching towards an unbearable level, then they are removed.
First thing is that the hotel doesn't have their standardized conditioner, shampoo, hand-wash, body-wash, etc. They get cheap Medicare soap from market and put one in the bathroom everyday, even if you DON'T need them.
For Breakfast - Reach the buffet before 9:45 AM, else you won't get anything at all. Even though they say 10:00 AM, but they start to pack up things early.
One More: I had ordered some food before 10:00 PM to room as I reached the hotel late. I informed to provide some extra salt and pickle. Well, as you guys guessed it right, those non-standard items were not served. After the food was delivered in the room, I asked the room-service guy to get it, but he never came.
There are lots of ants. Just a piece of any eatable on the floor and sooner or later or when you wake up, you will see an army of ants. Some were even inside the kettle, which I had used to make tea and had to get it replaced 3 times.
Good thing:
Right outside the hotel is a mini-restaurant, which is also a part of the same hotel (don't know why they have done this way). The food / tea / coffee is very good. This was one of the best part about the hotel.
Well, other than that, there are no further complaints. If these guys can just take of the above things, it will be a very nice hotel. Room cleaning is done properly (only reminders needed), it's nice and comfortable.
Of course, if you expect a 5-star service, then it's better to book a 5-star hotel. This is as good as 2.5-star.

“Hotel is located in an ideal location. Have maintained neat and clean. Restaurant facility is good.
What needs improvement is good atmosphere to be maintained in the breakfast hall. Viz.,
It is so sultry inside, nobody bothers to check the air-conditioning. You feel like running away from the“ hall.
The flood bowls are not replenished time to time. They are lying empty for several minutes, and the guests feel totally forgotten. Ofcourse with plates empty.
The coffee and tea will hv become cold like ice, nobody bothers to check its use.

“I was with family and was staying in for about a week. Though the room was spacious, we did not get a double bed but instead two single beds joined together which is quite inconvenient to sleep on. At the time of booking, was not informed about the same. Their room amenities like geyzer, ac, Wifi wo“ rked fine. Where they lack is in their kitchen. They don't have proper cooks who can make decent South Indian breakfast and depend on cooks from other regions (West Bengal side). Even something as common in South India as filter coffee is not available out here.

“My stay at Treebo Akshaya Mayflower has been an average experience. i was pretty much excited initially as while doing the online booking, i was quite pleased with the pictures of the hotel.
However, when i reached on the mentioned date, at 1pm, even though the check-in time was 12 noon, my room wa“ s not ready, had to wait for 15 mins when it was expedited to get the room cleaned. even i asked for an upgrade, however, it was not provided.. when i checked into the room, i found the room was quite small and with a single bed. there was a little WC leakage, which was there.
Also, from the cleanliness perspective, the room was clean, however, there was no room cleaning done on the following day, which was very surprising and is not appreciated.

Pathetic Experience and clear case of cheating
“1. Staff is just polite in talking but they do not have any solution to your concern nor any answer to your queries.
2. Clear case of Cheating- Its mentioned that do have laundry services available but do not have it. I had stay for 5 nights, I gave my cloths just next day morning I checked in, afte“ r 2 days they informed me that laundry wala nahi aaya so we could not give. Now if we give it today, he won't be able to return before you checkout. Did not even informed me if they could not send clothes for washing..created awkward situation for me to manage. Did not get even chance to manage from somewhere else. They need ti right away remove from website that they have laundry services.
3. I requested if they can get my clothes ironed, clear answer from all the staff was that we have iron but do not know how to do this, very rudely.
4. No soap and hand wash in bathroom for 3 days even after keep asking for it from the day i checked in.
5. 5 days stayed, every day menu for breakfast was same. Sabji-puri and Idli.
6. AC in the breakfast area 'Bunker ( heat in it also same as in any army bunker) remains switched off. When asked for reason, all 5 days got same answer, Iska remote nahi h... After requesting on day 4 to check about the remote, i was answered remote management ne kahi rakh diya h.

Pathetic Staff
“Hated the service.
Ordered food from outside,used the towel to wipe off some substances of the food,it got FOOD STAINS,which cab be easily washed off.
On checking out they said it cant be washed off and asked us to pay Rs.800!for a towel!
The behavior of the staff was way too rude.werent informed ab“ out the complimentary breakfast.
Had ordered tea,they had sent coffee which was way too cold.In the bill it was charged for both(later waved off).the staff were not polite at all.Would never ever book from treebo!
Towels are supposed to be used,not kept all clean in d room,800 just for a towel is too much.Other hotels are much better,atleast the staff could have been a little understanding.Terrible experience.
