“Hotel is located in an ideal location. Have maintained neat and clean. Restaurant facility is good.
What needs improvement is good atmosphere to be maintained in the breakfast hall. Viz.,
It is so sultry inside, nobody bothers to check the air-conditioning. You feel like running away from the“ hall.
The flood bowls are not replenished time to time. They are lying empty for several minutes, and the guests feel totally forgotten. Ofcourse with plates empty.
The coffee and tea will hv become cold like ice, nobody bothers to check its use.

Wonderful
“I stayed at Treebo Edge, in St. Marks road, Bangalore in August 2018. Very good location with lot of restaurents nearby, commercial street is nearby. Staff was polite and helpful The receptionist Mr. Naveen was very kind. A very good Kerala restaurent called D Cochin attached to this, which served g“ ood food. San almost perfect stay,
“Very welcoming staff, great room with a lot of light and a small balcony overlooking a Victorian high school. The choice of breakfast was limited but what was there was good. Unfortunately, the Freebo management head office is very unprepared to help guests. their help line is always busy and e-mail“ s remain unanswered! The local people made up for the lack of care. And the hotel is very well located, at a walking distance from Church Street. I recommend the place without an hesitation.

“The room was clean, well-furnished and of medium size. The staff were polite and efficient. Breakfast was good and adequate but some more change and variety could be introduced. Likewise, greater variety cold be there in the lunch and dinner menus. For example, Thali is available only during lunch b“ ut not at dinner. Only two vegetables are available in the menu. However, for sea-food lovers, the varieties are abundant. Hair-dryers could be provided in the bathrooms.

“The stay and the room was very nice. But had an issue with the reservation. I booked through booking.com for 2 days but when I wanted to extend my stay for a further 2 days, the charges were hiked up by another 1000 Rs. since i was doing the reservation at the counter. “Since we checked in late, the hotel has given some extension during checkout. We are thankful for that.However, the amenities and service is average. 3 people checked in a room and only one water bottle is given per day. 3 people are checked in a 2 bed room. “Clean, Quite, when we checked-in we were told that hot water is available for 24/7 but actually it was not, on the evening when we plan to bath, we could not get hot water, we called room service they also released some chill water after keeping the knob on the hot water point. We loved the locat“ ion and good breakfast, further when we asked for extra bed it was given to us only by 10.45 pm till then we have to reminding the Reception on every 10 minutes, it seems less number of persons in the night shift These areas to be addressed by Hotel Authority. Otherwise I recommend this hotel for either Family or business purposes. Restaurant attached to this hotel was decent enough for a quick eat.

Clean, convenient location
“Hotel is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. We either walked or used Uber which was a convenient way to travel to and from the hotel. Room was clean, fridge and kettle provided which is always helpful. Breakfast was included which was basic but nice. If“ you dont want to miss your morning workout, you can easily jog to Cubbon park, which is just 1. 2 kms from the hotel and enjoy the serene and green surroundings and chirping of birds and morning breeze and soft sunshine. One can even attend free yoga sessions. Improvement AreasBreakfast is one area which needs serious attention and the staff should be more warm and hospitable. Breakfast is good, but has very limited option and becomes monotonous and routine, they need to have more options. Rest of the things are great. Helpful Staff and Good food

The main issue with this hotel is the location. Not being a standalone structure (it takes up a couple of floors in a complex), it gets easily missed on the road. The signage is also not prominent. Having said that the location was perfect for m“ y work
The towels could have been cleaner and fresher, however, the bed linen were perfectly clean and the bed the right firmness.
The food is very good and tasty. Don't expect Chinese fare, but the restaurant does give very tasty South Indian fare, especially the sea food items. Tawa fry prawns and Kerala paratha is a great combination
The staff is also very courteous and helpful. Mr. Naveen was especially understanding and helpful.

Good place to stays at. Very clean. Worth for money
“When we entered the hotel, we felt like we made a mistake by booking this hotel. Hotel entrance was very small and we had to call lift 4 times for all to go up. BUT after looking at the room everyone was happy. They were big enough, neat and clean. Service and hospitality also worth it.“

Average hotel
“The hotel has the tremendous potential to become one of the best hotel in Bangalore.
It is located so close to Indiranagar Metro Station but there is no sound pollution around the hotel.
The infrastructure is so good, big rooms but it severely lacks in maintenance. Minor problems like in operative e“ xhaust fan in bathroom, leaky water taps or non availability of chairs within the room are left unattended for long time. Room no 104 exhaust fan is not working. Then there is no chair in room no 203. We feel the hotel supervisor is not doing his job properly.
Breakfast hall also needs facelift.
They don't serve sprouts, types of fruits served are also not many, no desert.
Treebo does not allow to submit your review if overall rating is less than 4. This is unfair

Good Rooms, Service Pathetic
“Forget that you would get any service timely. We stayed in the hotel for 10 days and not a day went without any service shortcoming.
For example, we had to call the reception and remind them to refill the tea/sugar/coffee, etc. We had to tell them for towel replacement. We had to TELL them after co“ ming from outside to clean the room.
After 10 PM, you won't get anything to eat cooked in hotel's kitchen. What kind of hotel do that? Okay, you can order food from outside, but once you put the stuff outside the room, it seems to be there forever and only when the stink in the hallway is reaching towards an unbearable level, then they are removed.
First thing is that the hotel doesn't have their standardized conditioner, shampoo, hand-wash, body-wash, etc. They get cheap Medicare soap from market and put one in the bathroom everyday, even if you DON'T need them.
For Breakfast - Reach the buffet before 9:45 AM, else you won't get anything at all. Even though they say 10:00 AM, but they start to pack up things early.
One More: I had ordered some food before 10:00 PM to room as I reached the hotel late. I informed to provide some extra salt and pickle. Well, as you guys guessed it right, those non-standard items were not served. After the food was delivered in the room, I asked the room-service guy to get it, but he never came.
There are lots of ants. Just a piece of any eatable on the floor and sooner or later or when you wake up, you will see an army of ants. Some were even inside the kettle, which I had used to make tea and had to get it replaced 3 times.
Good thing:
Right outside the hotel is a mini-restaurant, which is also a part of the same hotel (don't know why they have done this way). The food / tea / coffee is very good. This was one of the best part about the hotel.
Well, other than that, there are no further complaints. If these guys can just take of the above things, it will be a very nice hotel. Room cleaning is done properly (only reminders needed), it's nice and comfortable.
Of course, if you expect a 5-star service, then it's better to book a 5-star hotel. This is as good as 2.5-star.

Budget hotel with everything budget
“I picked this hotel based on reviews, price and location. I am not disappointed so to say, but not thrilled about my experience either. On my check in day, I was put in a room where the AC was not working and the cupboard was locked with a cable lock (?), seriously... why would anyone do that. When “ I called the front desk, they offered to move me to another room which had a king size bed.However the AC didn't work there, later I found out that I didn't know how to use the remote and their staff didn't even offer to show me how to use it until I complained. The TV didn't work either and I had to call them and go over to the front desk to remind them repeatedly after which they sent someone to show me how to use the AC remote. It took them 2-3 hours to fix the TV, they said that there was a centralized cabling issue which was affecting the entire hotel.We were 2 in the room, but were given only 1 bath towel, one soap and no bath mat and no hand towels. I had to call the front desk and then they provided all that.They next day when I called their corporate to narrate my experience, things started to fall into place. The staff was suddenly super nice, and then they started providing me with everything. After that they went out of their way to make me and my father comfortable during our stay.In my opinion they should focus on customer service right from the start and not after guests complain.Their breakfast is nothing to rave about. Continental means a loaf of bread with butter and jam, some corn flakes and cut papaya. Local breakfast means, dry (non palatable) idlis, vadas, vermicilli upma or poha. Coffee and tea were over sweetened but they served them to me sugar free when asked. That is about it.The amenities (shampoo, soap, moisturizers) were decent.Will I ever return to this hotel? Most likely not, unless I am running out of cash and need just a place to crash at the lowest cost.

Pathetic experience
“Stayed at this lodge for a overnight, it was a complete sleepless night for me.
There was a water line leakage at the corridor and it all flowed in to my room like a flood.
Imagine the situation at 2 am, all my luggage and shoes where floating in the water.
