Efficient & Friendly
āAfter a really long time, I had a very very good experience at a hotel. Treebo Olive Tree at Vizag.
I could organize the stay & dinner over a phone call when I was still 2.5 hours en-route to Vijayawada. That was really really helpful. When you are with family, that kind of support matters a lā ot.
Once we arrived, the room was waiting for us. The food was cooked fresh, tasted just the way we wanted it to and the service in the restaurant was very good. We had a very peaceful night and the next morning the check-out was just effortless.
You gotta try this place. It is really cool.

āIt was very pleasant stay @Empire. The arrangement for hot water and toilet plan is not good. Flush is on the left side where it is supposed to be on the right. Other than this, everything is good. The location is now under construction and so it is not easily accessible. Soon the condition would cā hange.

Amazing stay

The best budget hotel.
āHad one of the finest experience with treebo. The staff was good and so was the rooms and facilities. The location was pretty close to all means of travel. If I am to put across any complaint..or rather a matter that could be improvised...well then it will be about the complimentary breakfast. Therā e is choice of four items for break fast and it is good. But the same menu was repeatedly served for breakfast during my 5days of stay. By the way the quality of the food was great. I would have given an excellent for my over all rating about this hotel if the choice of breakfast was not repeatativ. To give final verdict.. One of the best budget hotel.. recommended for any business travellers. I will be again visiting the same hotel after 2weeks. Keep up the good work treebo.

It's not wrong hotel,but timings are not reasonable
āWe occupied at 8pm.but closing time is next 11am.
The reception is good,but at the time of checking out,the staff forced me to give good feedback in the Tab.
The rooms are quite good,though plinth area is smaller compared to hotel Ailapuram where we generally check in.
But the location of the hotel ā is outstanding

Good experience
āVery nice rooms. Excellent ambience all over. Iād say the hotel is close to a 3 star property. Food is good too but highly priced.
However, I think more amenities can be provided in rooms. Small things like cups for 2, tissues etc.
Some of the staff is a little impolite not very professional. Thā ey donāt really care about guests hospitality. Other staff is nice.

Looks clean but not
āAt the first glance the room was tidy and clean, but I was shocked when I opened the bath towel, the yellow stains were so big and many, and they folded them inside so I could not see, and even the pillow covers also had the same kind of stain. āBreakfast had bad bhaji for puri.. smelling rotten .. puri was stale and hard another occasion there was no coffee.
Adjoining room got locked so group of 12 people from hotel decided to camp out of my room for 2 hours at midnight... some of them shouting and quarelling... the room seemed to be on rā oadside.

Worst Service
āAt time of booking, it seemed like a hotel with great service and we ended up booking 3 rooms for 2 night stay... but soon realized this was definitely a wrong choice !! Here are the reasons:
1. Below average service: Any request would take minimum of 3 calls and couple of hours to attend (be it teaā , water, there was only shower and bucket is only provided on request!!! For shower, we would then expect to have shower cap atleast included in toiletries)
2. NO BREAKFAST (they say breakfast included and timings as 8-20.. we arrived at 9:15 and found idly without any chatni and only bhaji without puri!!! Not sure what they expected us to have for breakfast!!)
3. We have asked for an extra bed for 1 night and as always it was provided after hrs of pushing and we just received a below average bedding which was hardly 1 inch from ground (like only blanket and no bed) and to our surprise we were charged whooping 600 for just 1 night!
4. They provide only 1 key card and one of the family members misplaced it and asked for replacement.. even for this small service they charged us another 600/- bugs (can u believe it!!) we deserve at least 1 chance before being penalized please!!!
5. Last but NOT the least.. we complained to the high level authorities on the discomfort we experienced and reimbursement for these unacceptable charges - they took 48 hrs to get back and say THEY CANNOT HELP in any manner !!!!!
In the end, the lady who spoke says ālook forward to hosting you againā āā
Treebo... this is the LAST time me or my family will ever visit and definitely we will make a point NOT to recommend to any of our colleagues too!
