“Hotel is good as far as budget is concerned and for 1-2 days stay. Hotel do not have any food ordering system apart from complimentary breakfast and that has too 2 or 3 limited food options. Overall pleasent stay and recommended for less budget plans.“
“We travel for business purpose. travel overnight. so normally we will check in the morning by 6 am and check out by 10 pm. but your billing cycle is 12N to 11 am. this is unfair. still few hotels use 24 hour billing which is ethical and convenient to the user. if you can change your billing cy“ cle it will be helpful.
“Room service is very bad, we were provided with a room with no telephone service to call reception & no complementary drinking water provided on the second day of our stay. Receptionist behavior is not welcoming at all. Free breakfast you said, but they charge for tea! Only good thing about the “ hotel is it’s location! Good food points nearby! Both Orion & Mantri mall is just 2kms away.
