“nice location and good staff. Convinient to travel and silent locality. staff was humble and supportive. Room were clean. Only restaurant or evening food options and quality needs improvement. rest is all fine.“
“I was very happy and satisfied with the services provided, The staff was very cordial and the manager helped my parents explore the city too. The complimentary breakfast was also good and the service was extremely prompt.“
I stayed in the hotel from 01/06/2019 to 03/06/2019 and left on 04/06/2019 and did advance payment. Due to certain reasons my daughter stayed in the hotel in the night of 01/06/2019 for which management charged Rs. 500/- but even on demand of the bill they did not gave bill and said that “ they will send on mail but till date i have not received the bill. this is painful.
“Business Trip. Booked hotel through Treebo Helpline (App not working well). Rooms are spacious; check bathroom for taps that need adjustment . Service can be improved. Breakfast room is dull & borderline clean. Food is edible.“
“Room service is very bad, we were provided with a room with no telephone service to call reception & no complementary drinking water provided on the second day of our stay. Receptionist behavior is not welcoming at all. Free breakfast you said, but they charge for tea! Only good thing about the “ hotel is it’s location! Good food points nearby! Both Orion & Mantri mall is just 2kms away.
