Value for money
“The hotel turned out more than expectations in all features like cleanliness, reception, food including breakfast , hospitality, pleasant atmosphere. Of course the guests were less due to road issues to and fro Munnar, so I presume the staff were not pressured in their work.“

Comfortable stay in Munnar
“The approach road to the hotel from main road could be overwhelming but for that everything else is good about the hotel. All rooms are valley facing so can pick any rooms. Second floor also houses kitchen, if you like quite room choice other floors.“

Great stay
“The location is super. Though abt 7kms from town. The view pays for it all. The rooms are large and spacious. Clean. Seemed a little understaffed. My bathroom light didnt work and they culdnt rectify it. They charge extra for credit card payments which is technically in bad spirit. Didnt provide a b“ ill inspite of charging extra. Overall good. They need to get these and servicing improved

Deep Dive
“Good Hotel, nice staff, average food, good rooms, only big problem is getting in to the hotel. The hotel is located deep below the main road. One have to keep the life in hand to reach the hotel especially in private cars. Too much of slope and very narrow road. Only one car can go. Small miss, you “ will dive deep in the valley. Very risky. No barricades or compound wall. We had hired local driver just to go to hotel and get back to main road.

Very remote, narrow and steep pathway. Not so great lunch and dinner options.
“The location of the hotel is 7km from the town centre. But the worse part is the path leading to the hotel from the main road. It is very narrow and steep. No transport options available from the hotel to the main road. There seemed to be a deal between a local auto in the main road and the staff, c“ harging exorbitant amount for commute to and fro. Rs.150 for 300-500m. There should be a shuttle provided by the hotel itself considering the steep and narrow path leading to the hotel. The food during breakfast was okay, but the only dinner ordered was way below average.

Too Costly, difficult to reach.
“In comparison to rate the hotel is costly. It is around 7 Km from Munnar/bus stand, but cant be reached easily. The road is very dangerous and auto can not go there. The only mode of transport is taxi on call, which cost minimum 500 to reach the town. No pick and drop facility by hotel. We have to w“ ait for more than one hour for taxi to reach town and spend 500 Rs. The rate of hotel is high and the food is below average.

poor
“prices are too high for such a hotel...exact location could not be gathered even from google maps..no sign board along main road...hot water provided only for 2 hrs from 6 am...all in all a poor choice“

Horrible service /staff
“Firstly the hotel location is in such a place that only a car can go. You cannot go to the hotel in 10+ seater vehicle. The hotel provides a suv for pickup and drop for 0.5km to main road and they charge rs150 for each trip. So be ready to spend around 1000 a day if you come and go mutiple times in“ a day. Second horrible thing is the staff is rude and they don't attend to my issues like dirty bathroom even after multiple complaints. The staff is very rude and gets into arguments with the guest. The manager does not when try to stop. The food is not great at all. Overall the location is good only if you go by your car. There are other places in munnar which is worth the money. I would recommend to skip this place
