Would not recommend
“Bed sheets were torn and not washed, the bathroom was full on bugs and insects and extremely dirty and nothing like the pictures, the bathroom lock wasn't working. I paid for an AC room and it didn't work and the hotel didn't even bother to acknowledge it or inform us. The food served fo“ r breakfast and snacks were not good as well. Disappointed.

“I was looking for a 3 star accommodation and this one did meet my expectations. This hotel is neither exactly a full fledged hotel nor a home stay but more like services apartment. The flat is large with 3 en-suite bedrooms and common kitchen, dining room and living room. The bed is good quality li“ ke you would get in a 4 star hotel however, no AC. The staff are more homely but not professionally trained. Acceptable for 1 night stay !

Good location and service
“I stayed there for 2 days in august 1st week. The location is very calm and good not in the middle of town but very much accessible to madikeri town. All madikeri tourist places are nearby. They provide us very good and timely service. Rooms have a oldish look with some missing in painting, anyway r“ oom and bathroom are very much clean. Good homely tasty breakfast but not very much varieties when compared to some other hotels. One negative i found is no kitchen attached with this hotel, they are providing homely food from near by but for dinner and all we need to order very early or sometimes dinner not available. Good availabilty of hot water. The amenities like hot water, wifi connectivity, parking place are also good. Though it was a rainy season, not much rush was there anyway overall very good and comfortable 2 days of stay.

“This place is located right next to the main market. So shopping is not an issue. There is no lift so incase you are allocated on 4th floor and have elders then it is a big problem. Need to get lower floor confirmation before booking. Breakfast is not so good.“

I really dont liked the A-Z reasons.
“This hotel starting from ambience to the pricing. This hotel does not even have a restaurent. They charge amount equal to AC rooms though their rooms are non AC. Really incompetent staff and not at all friendly. Lighting inside the rooms makes you really depressed. We could not stay even one hour wi“ th those lights on. Simply switched off and slept early. The TV is a small unit which again does not allow u to watch the required channels. Overall not a decent experience.
