Decent and no-fuss Stay
“We stayed for 3 days in Maple. 3 adults and one kid. Room was spacious and clean. Location is good. Very close to 56 dukan which is a famous food street in indore. Staff was well behaved and polite. We didnot find any specific issue or problem during the stay. Breakfast buffet was also decent but it“ should start around 8 am instead of 9 am. But again, they provided early breakfast on request also, so basically that problem too was resolved. All in all, a 5/5 stay. We will definitely give it a try again.

“I had been there in the month on May with my mother and sister. Not only were the rooms very clean but staff was courteous too. Shambhu made sure we had everything we required. Terrible Place to stay
“It is a terrible hotel to stay. The bed is infested with termite. You can see hundreds of termite crawling on the bed. Rooms most probably recently been pest controlled so after spending the night me and my son both have congestion in throat. Worst kind of hotel where I stayed in my life. The hotel “ must apologize and refund the entire amount that I have paid to them in advance. Otherwise I would never had stayed there.

“It was not at all a good stay with cherry tree Indore. First of all they allowed me double bed against my booking of 2 single separate beds. Short but sweet stay
“We stayed in Trebo Daksh Residency for night on July 3rd. The hotel's location is excellent - in a trendy place with beautiful 'Meghdoot' garden right across. The stay was pleasant, though there is slight noise from the main road. There are several malls and eating places nearby, but we “ chose to go to the 'Sarafa' for our dinner (a must do thing in Indore). The hotel breakfast was excellent with a wide array of options along with made to order omelettes. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.
Overall, an excellent option in happening part of Indore and we highly recommend it.

Good Hotel with great hospitality
“An excellent budget hotel with necessary amenities. Good location. very courteous staffs, specially Mr.Shambu and Mr.Hemanth and a lady incharge at the restaurant (sorry forgot the name) They were taking care of each and every guest studiously and all our requests were immediately attended with care“ . “Hotel staff is courteous. Restaurant is good with manageable spread in the breakfast. The restaurant seems popular with locals also. Only problem I faced was that could not get room with a single master bed for my family and had to be content with split beds. “We stayed at Treebo Trend Shivani, Indore from 12th jan to 14th Jan 2020. It is a conveniently located hotel, not very far from either the railway station or the airport. Shopping centre is also close by. Hotel rooms were good, the staff was courteous. The price was reasonable for the comfort that w“ as provided.
Breakfast was included in this price. Overall, a nice stay and i will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking out for a decent accomodation.... Not posh, but clean and neat. ONly area of improvement is the WIFI range. Otherwise, a thums up for this place.

The rooms are however small with no ventilation and feel very stuffy.

Nicely Located Hotel with Pleasant rooms
“We stayed somewhere in the end of August, beginning of September and took 2 rooms with breakfast. The location of the hotel is pretty apt and connected to the highways for Ujjain and Omkareshwar. The prices are decent as well for the amenities. The rooms are nicely decorated and had a nicely working“ AC, TV, Coffee Machine, a cupoboard a safe and hot water. We wish we didn't need to ask for small things like toothbrush-toothpaste, a comb, toilette paper etc. They have a rooftop restaurant that serves great food. We stayed for 3 days and most of the times at at the hotel restaurant itself, including breakfast. The Breakfast was a bit monotonous with few options, but was good nonetheless. The Poha was awesome. Its Indore, what else do you expect? Avoid the Parathas and Tea and Coffee, they are bad. They served Coffee in Styrofoam cups which are known to be cancerous and I can't see the reason why would you do that when the restaurant is half vacant and you have plenty of cutlery. The restaurant staff and their service is excellent. Very humble and polite guys. I wish they could improve a little on the serving times.The check in and check out experience was decent and reception was fast. We wanted to extend our checkout by a few hours but the reception denied sighting the reason as the hotel was fully booked for the next day. Whereas, post that discussion I went online on treebo website and booked a room for another day myself. We only wanted to retain a room for few more hours since our flight was in the evening and my mother in law was not well. At least, they could have frankly asked us to book for another day rather than lying.During the checkout, I went to buy some medicines, while my wife was trying to drag a heavy luggage. The lobby staff and boys totally ignored her, didn't even open the door for her and didn;t even offer to lift/drag the baggage. This turn of attitude post the checkout is surprising.Regardless, the Operations Manager Eesha was very courteous and kept checking on us once in a while. Because of the pleasant rooms, apt location and homely food, we would ofcourse come back here again. The negative experiences we had here and there could be one off and I would highly recommend the hotel.

Good Rooms but not so good Room Services
“Rooms are good, neat clean and tidy. Windows are there but missing do not have view, most of the rooms have sort of Pseudo window thats the minus points. The room service was not up to the mark, Daily supply of complimentary water bottle was not provided, Food Menu not kept in the room. Breakfast Bu“ ffet, egg preparation were only served once.

“1. Service staff has a habit of entering room after pressing the bell without waiting for permission of the guest.
2. Service staff called for room service tried to enter bathroom without guest permission especially when one of the guest was inside.
3. The menu in room no. 310 showed price of Masa“ la Tea at Rs 30 but we were charged Rs 45 per Cup.
4. The complementary breakfast arrangement on 4th floor needs overhauling in both cutlery, crockery , utensils, toasters and overall cleanliness..

Stay at Treebo Omni palace.
“The hotel did not meet the treebo standards, which I had experienced earlier. The room offered to me was not cleaned after the previous guest check out. I had to request for change of room later in the day. Room service was very pathetic, repeated call need to be made for somebody to attend. Bedline“ ns were not clean. Breakfast was of very poor standard with limited menu and non availability of coffee. Breakfast dining hall was very unclean. Only icing on the cake was location of the hotel and front reception desk staff were polite.
