Chandigarh, a union territory in Northern India, serves as the capital city of both Haryana and Punjab. It is one of the earliest planned cities in after independence and was designed by the Swiss-French architect, Le Corbusier. The Chandigarh Junction is the main railway station in Chandigarh and is the centre for the Northern Railway in India. Chandigarh has a range of hotels ranging from comfortable to luxurious.
